Snapdragon Affiliate Business FAQs
Can I change my Affiliate Account Placement? If an Affiliate signs up but does not get attributed to their referring Affiliate they have 72 hours to contact us and tell us of the move that needs to be done. Affiliate accounts older than 72 hours will remain in the position they are created until closed, unless the referring Affiliate’s account is closed due to inactivity. Orphaned Affiliate accounts will then be transferred to active Affiliate accounts as per the “Hyper Activity” rules. Snapdragon Home will not get involved in disputes or entertain movement of accounts under any circumstances. If an affiliate wishes to close their account in order to rejoin under a different referring affiliate they may do so without prejudice and without waiting period at the current enrollment cost.
I have an order missing, can I get it moved to me? When your referral link is shared and is clicked, a cookie is placed in the customer’s browser on the mobile phone, tablet or computer at time of click. It will be available on that device and browser for 90 days. If a customer clears that browser history or uses another device to make a purchase on Snapdragon Home, your referral cookie will not be attributing the sale to you and no referral bonus will be made. It’s important to verify your customer’s sales activity in your affiliate dashboard within 72 hours after the sale to confirm your link was used. If you don’t see a sale you expected please contact us with the customer name and order number within 72 hours. Once we verify the sale is not attributed to another affiliate we can make a manual adjustment.
Does Snapdragon Home share the cost of advertising? Affiliates are free to use their link on any platform to refer customers to Snapdragon Home. All fees associated with advertising Snapdragon Home using an affiliate's referral link are the sole responsibility of the advertising affiliate, and all advertising contracts must be between the advertising platform and the affiliate.
What name can I use on Social Media Pages and Groups? When naming your social media pages, groups or profiles to promote Snapdragon Home you may not choose a name that is official sounding or owned by Snapdragon Home. It must include some form of personalization to the name to differentiate from our official pages.
Will there be images for me to use or do I make my own? The Snapdragon Home logo is protected under US and international trademark laws, and can only be used with written permission under certain guidelines as described below.
An affiliate’s relationship with Snapdragon Home as a Snapdragon Affiliate is to market the SnapdragonHome.com website, drive online traffic to the site, and encourage the sales of products featured on the site. When a shopper uses your affiliate link and makes a purchase, you are provided an affiliate fee for the transaction. Under this relationship, you are permitted to create online banners and other graphics that will gain attention and encourage shoppers while online to visit the site using your affiliate link.
The Snapdragon Home and Snapdragon Affiliates stylized logos and colors must not be altered in appearance or shape when included in your banners or graphics. You can not add your personal or business name to either logo as a means to annotate or change the logo. However you can include your name or business name within the same graphic where the Snapdragon Home or Snapdragon Affiliates logo is included.
Wherever the stylized dragonfly symbol is included in a graphic, the symbol must be accompanied by the Snapdragon Affiliates logo. The dragonfly symbol can not be used in its distinct angle or colors apart from the Snapdragon Affiliates logo, or added as an independent element to your name or business marketing materials. The dragonfly symbol should never be used in conjunction with the Snapdragon Home logo.
The Snapdragon Home and Snapdragon Affiliates logos, or the stylized dragonfly symbol can not be printed or otherwise affixed to any products of any kind, such as marketing materials (business cards, car decals, coffee mugs) or articles of clothing, home décor, or any other tangible item. Doing so would create a Snapdragon Home or Snapdragon Affiliates product line and would be seen as an infringement of our trademark and permissions of use.
Domain name registry is not something we can control. However it is strongly suggested that you don’t buy a domain name with the terms “Snapdragon”, “Snapdragon Home”, “Snapdragon Home Décor”, “Snapdragon Affiliates”, “Snapdragon Home Affiliates” or with simple modifiers such as “.net”, .”biz”, etc. as it will lead to confusion in the marketplace, and may be seen as an infringement of our trademark. We reserve the right to protect our brand trademark.
The use of the Snapdragon Home or Snapdragon Affiliates logo to create marketing materials for the enjoyment of, or the sale to, any person or business, without written permission, is considered a trademark infringement and expressly prohibited.
What is the Affiliate Referral Commission Pay Schedule? Affiliates will be paid their referral fees, and the referral fees on their referred affiliates, every Friday for the current week. This means you are paid on Friday for the previous Friday to Thursday. Any extraneous monetary bonus achieved will be paid in the first pay day the following month. In case of account cancellation or closure your balance will be paid on the next pay date available.
What is the Affiliate Referral Commission Pay? All active affiliates will be paid 15% of all sales volume generated by their referral using their unique URL. All active affiliates will be paid 5% of all sales volume generated by the active affiliates they referred to Snapdragon Home and currently reside on their direct tier. All active affiliates will be paid $5 referral fee for every affiliate they refer that completes registration, and a $0.50 referral fee for every affiliate their referred affiliates bring that completes registration. There is no minimum volume required to be paid the 5%, $5, or $0.50 referral fees, but you must maintain activity as an affiliate to stay within that position.
Is there an activity requirement? All accounts must remain active in order to remain open. Activity is defined as one of the following scenarios:
1 referred sale and 1 referred affiliate within a rolling 3 month period.2 referred affiliates within a rolling 3 month period.2 referred sales within a rolling 3 month period. Your rolling three months does not start until the month AFTER you enrolled. Once an account is closed due to inactivity a new account can be reopened immediately at the current enrollment cost.
Can I have multiple accounts? We will not allow multiple accounts to use the same name or email address. If an account is made using an address that already exists it will be closed and the enrollment fee will be forfeited.
What is the Product Refund/Replacement policy? Snapdragon Home has a "No Refund" policy. Replacements will be made if an incorrect item is shipped from what was ordered. You must contact us within 24 hours of receipt to indicate the error, obtain return shipping instructions, and get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You will be given instructions on where to return the merchandise with the RMA number. If the original item ordered is still in stock, the same item will be reshipped. If the original item ordered is no longer in stock, a store credit will be issued once the incorrect item is received returned, is unused, and still in original packaging. All shipments are sent with a tracking number. Shipments missing/stolen where a tracking number shows successful delivery must be reported to the local delivering mail carrier or shipper, and a local police report must be filed. All shipments must be inspected at time of delivery acceptance. Any damage to packaging must be noted, or not signed for or accepted, and a claim must be filed with the shipping carrier. A photo of the damaged packaging and/or item can be sent to us and we will assist you in submitting a claim to the shipping carrier.
I have not made any sales from referrals, can I get my enrollment fee returned? The enrollment fee is non-refundable. We do not guarantee referrals through your weblink, simply that we will provide a way for you to refer people to the site and pay for any sales or enrollments made from that referral. We provide conversion trackers for you to monitor the success rate of your advertising along with simple sales training.
I just found out my other brand has a non-compete and I cannot participate. Can I get my enrollment fee returned? The enrollment fee is non-refundable. Before enrolling it is your responsibility to ensure you are legally able to participate in this program and it does not conflict with any contractual obligations you are currently involved in.
