Affiliate / Ambassador Terms of Service.

This program is designed to allow you to use your influence to bring traffic to simple-shot.com. We are thrilled to reward your efforts in bringing targeted traffic to href.
This program is designed to reward the efforts of those who care about, understand and promote SimpleShot as brand ambassadors.
It is important that this program is used appropriately. The following requirements must be kept by every SimpleShot Ambassador.
1. Using SimpleShot's branding to gain existing customers under your account is not what the program is designed for and will result in termination of the affiliate account.
Examples include but are not limited to:
3. Coupon code sites are strictly forbidden. Any ambassador with a link on a coupon site or any ambassador distributing an unauthorized coupon code will be immediately suspended and all payments blocked.
4. Affiiliates may not place personal orders under their own affiliate account.
5. Any bullying, degrading talk, or posts not in keeping with the SimpleShot brand ideal will not be tolerated. Keep it clean and kind! You represent SimpleShot!
6. Affiliates must direct ALL traffic to SimpleShot, not any other SimpleShot listing (ex. Amazon).
All affiliate links MUST point to simple-shot.com. You may use 301 redirects for your own tracking, but all external links from an Ambassador site must point to simple-shot.com.
Any ambassador linking to SimpleShot products NOT on simple-shot.com will be warned and given 30 days to make sure their site adheres to the terms. Tracking will be suspended and all payouts forfeit until the site is updated.
Ambassadors may promote other brands, but all representation of SimpleShot must point to simple-shot.com.
7. Product listings and information must be kept up to date.
If a site lapses and has outdated or incorrect information regarding a SimpleShot product or about slingshots in general, a notice will be issued and the site must be updated within 30 days or the account will be terminated. If the inaccuracy is severe, tracking will be immediately suspended and all payouts forfeit until the site is updated. If no action is taken in 30 days, the account will be blocked.
8. We reserve the right to monitor the efforts of our affiliates and may ask for information if an account is in question. Ambassador accounts are granted at the sole discretion of SimpleShot, Inc.
9. Ambassadors must be subscribed to our emails. We need to be able to contact you and Ambassadors need to be up to the minute on what's going on at SimpleShot, right?! Thank you!
We take these seriously. Any violation of the above may result in immediate suspension of the account and all payouts forfeit.
At SimpleShot discretion, a warning may be issued and 30 days may be granted to complete updates to the site to bring it into agreement with the terms at which point tracking and payouts may resume.
Any violation may result in the Ambassador account being immediately and permanently closed and and all payouts forfeited.
Repeat offenses will be considered intentional and the account will be immediately terminated.
Accounts may be granted or blocked at the sole discretion of SimpleShot, Inc.
PRIVACY
All Ambassador and Customer information is kept completely private. All requests for customer information or information about other Ambassadors will be denied.
