Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Where can I find my 50% personal code/my personal link?
A: Your personal discount code and personal link are found near the bottom of the "Info" tab on your affiliate console.

Q: What is my public code and can I change it?
A: The public code for our Patient tier is "Patient25" and for our Psychiatrist tier it is "Psychiatrist30".  You are unable to make changes to public or personal use codes.

Q: What if someone I know said they used my link, but I didn't get credit for the sale?
A: The Affiliatly system has been extensively tested and we currently have over 1,000 affiliates on the program - the system works.  However, if the system is temporarily down for any reason known to us, we will notify you via email and on Instagram.

If you haven't received credit for a sale, it may fall into on or more of the various exclusions referenced in the following question.  It may also be that the purchaser has used an ad blocker or disallowed cookies, which would prevent the sale from being credited to your affiliate account.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make manual adjustments to credited sales totals.

Q: Do I get credit for all purchases made through my personal link?
A: The total value (less discounts, coupons, sales tax and shipping) of all purchases that have been made through your personal link, have been paid in full, have not been refunded and were not made by an Asylum Affiliate Program participant will be credited toward your affiliate sales total.

Q: What does the $50 minimum payout mean?
A: The $50 minimum payout refers to how much commission you must earn before we issue payment via PayPal or store credit.  Payments are issued on or near the first business day of each month, for affiliates who reached the minimum threshold the month prior.

Q: If someone uses my code but not my personal link, do I get credit for the sale?
A: No, since we provide our affiliates with the same discount code (depending on tier) the only sales we can credit specifically to you are those made through your personal link.  We are unable to retroactively apply an affiliate link to an order.

Q: Is my previous affiliate code something I can and/or should still use and share?
A: No, we previously tracked sales using affiliate discount codes.  Now, we use affiliate links to track instead.  As such, your affiliate code will be deactivated when you register for our New Asylum Affiliate Program.  When using your affiliate link to drive traffic and sales, include the public discount codes referenced above.

Q: Should I only promote my link since that is how my sales are tracked?
A: You should promote your code and your link.  Promoting your link drives traffic and promoting your public discount code drives sales.

Q: How do I go from a Patient to a Psychiatrist?
A: To move to the Psychiatrist tier, you must have $300 or more in credited sales during the prior month. Tiers are automatically adjusted at the start of each month.

Q: Is there anywhere I can review the Terms of Service?
A: You can review the Terms of Service at anytime by going to the bottom of your info tab and following the link.

Q: Where can I find promotional images?
A: On your affiliate console there is a "Banners" tab, you can download our promotional images there.  Please be sure to post current promotional photos only.  No other photos that use the InsaneLabz┬« name, logos, trademarks or trade dress are authorized.

Q: If I need to update my profile info, where can I do that?
A: You can update any personal info on your "Profile" tab (The tab marked with the head icon.).

Q: Are there any rules for how and/or when I must disclose my affiliate relationship with InsaneLabz®.
