Q: What is the current commission payout for affiliates?
A: As a Clasp London Brand Representative, you will receive 10% commission on each order generated through your unique link or online code.
Q: How can I get higher commission?
A: We have a tiered system which offers higher commission for Brand Representatives who generate a lot of sales. Once you've generated over £1000 of sales, you become a Brand Ambassador, earning 15% commission on each sale.
Q: How long after I refer a customer to your site can I get a commission?
A: Once a customer has visited our website through your unique link, a cookie is placed on their computer which tracks when they return to the site and place an order, even if it is up to one year later.
Q: When and how do I get paid?
A: Commission is paid out on each affiliate's account once it has reached a level of £50. You can choose whether to be paid by Paypal or Bank Transfer when you register as an affiliate. If you'd prefer not to wait until your commission reaches £50, you can request store credit up to the current value of your commission.
Q: Can I promote all of your products?
A: Yes, your affiliate commission applies to all products on
hrefQ: Can I offer a discount code to my friends/followers?A: Yes - on the registration page, type your preferred promo code in the Desired coupon code field. Once we've checked that your chosen code is available, we'll activate it in the back room of our website and email you to confirm that it's live. Please don't share your code until you've received that confirmation. We offer 10% discount for your referral customers.
Q: Can I use my affiliate’s discount to make purchases at your store?
A: You can use the discount code to make purchases, however, please note that you won't be paid commission on your own purchases.
Q: How to generate my affiliated links?
A: To generate a unique affiliate link, please go to Link Generator and enter an URL of your choice. When you click on Generate your unique link will be displayed.
Q: How do I find out about new products and offers to share with my followers?
A: Once you've signed up we will add you to our Affiliate Email List. We'll send a Newsletter around once a month with information about our products, events, and promotions, to help you create new and exciting content to share. You can choose to unsubscribe from our emails at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.
Q: When do I receive a commission?
A: After the purchase is paid for by the client, you'll see it in your Dashboard. The commission will be paid to you by Paypal or Bank Transfer once your total commission reaches £50.
