Terms and Conditions for the Affiliate Program

Enrollment in the Affiliate Program - To begin the enrollment process, the affiliate will complete and submit the online application at our affiliate program's dashboard. Please add as much information as possible. We may reject your application if we determine that your site or promotion methods are unsuitable for the program for any reason.

Affiliate Commissions - Your affiliate commission is earned upon the completion of a purchase by a customer that you refer to our website through your affiliate link or personal discount coupons. You will earn a 15% commission on all sales referred by you.

Referral Tracking - We will provide you with specific referral links or personal coupon codes to link your site and advertisements to our website. We will track sales made to customers who follow these links from your site to our site. It is your responsibility to ensure that these links are properly formatted. Please note, sales from coupons distributed via Google Chrome extensions or sales apps will not be credited towards your affiliate earnings.

Payment - To receive payments, affiliates must reach a minimum sum of $20 and submit a payment request to . Payments will be processed within 5 business days from the request date.

Inactive Accounts -
If an affiliate account remains inactive, with no visitors referred for a period of 5 months, we reserve the right to deactivate and delete the account.

Creation of Content and Use of Marketing Tools - Affiliates may create their own content and utilize our marketing tools for advertisements. For additional creatives, logos, and digital content, affiliates should send a request via email.

Tax Information - Affiliates are required to provide their Social Security Number or Taxpayer ID in the comments section of their affiliate registration page. Without this information, we may not be able to process your payment.

Termination - Either you or we may end this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. We also reserve the right to terminate an account if we find its usage to be illegal, against the terms, appropriating sales from other channels, or any other misuse of the affiliate link, coupon, and account that harms Looks Like Summer in any way.

Modification - We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability - We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program.

Disputes - Any dispute relating to the enforcement of the terms of this agreement will be decided through arbitration.

By signing up for the Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in your removal from the program and the forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commission payments earned during the violation.
