ARE THERE ANY FEES?

There are no fees associated with the My Dog Foo's Affiliate Program. It is completely free to participate.

WHAT IS YOUR COMMISSION RATE?

We pay starting at a 10% commission rate. Higher volume affiliates are eligible for higher commission levels at our sole discretion. Please get in touch with us to discuss at bark@mydogfoo.com

DO I RECEIVE ANY DISCOUNTS ON MY DOG FOO PRODUCTS SINCE I’M AN AFFILIATE?

No, however we recommend you purchase your orders using your own links so you can earn commission on the sales.

WHEN AND HOW DO I GET PAID?

My Dog Foo will pay your monthly commission via Paypal on the last Friday of the month. Your account needs to have a balance of $50 on or before the end of the month in order to receive a payment. If your account balance is less than $50, it will continue to roll forward into the next month until the $50 minimum is reached.

WHAT SALES AND REVENUE REPORTS DOES MY DOG FOO PROVIDE?
Login to your account 24 hours a day to check your sales, traffic, account balance, and to see how well your banner or posts are doing. You have access to real time stats and reporting through the affiliate portal.

CAN I BECOME AN AFFILIATE IF I LIVE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

Yes. We accept affiliates from anywhere in the world, as long as PayPal supports your country of residence. Please keep in mind that all commission payments are currently made in U.S. dollars.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ANNUAL THRESHOLD?

There is no minimum sales level required to remain in the program, but you will not receive payment until you earn $50 in commission. Commission is paid out on the last Friday of the month, as long as you have reached the $50 threshold.

IS IT OKAY FOR ME TO USE MY DOG FOO PHOTOS ON MY WEBSITE OR SOCIAL MEDIA?

All of the content on My Dog Foo’s website and social media accounts is protected by copyright. You may use images and content from our website in the promotion of our products on your own website or social media platforms; however, all images must be attributed and/or used in conjunction with the sale of the product through the affiliate program only. You may not use My Dog Foo images as general images on your website or social media platforms. If you have a special circumstance that requires the use of any My Dog Foo photos, product images or content in a manner that is not consistent with the policy stated above, please contact us for written approval prior to the content’s use.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN DAYS OR COOKIE POLICY?

If a visitor comes to our website from your website or social media but does not purchase on that visit, you can still earn commission on sales from that customer if they return and make a purchase within 15 days. This works even if they navigate directly to the website on a return visit as long as they haven’t deleted their cookies. If a visitor comes to our site directly and uses your unique discount code, you will receive your commission as long as you are currently in the program.

WHAT IF I DECIDE TO LEAVE THE MY DOG FOO AFFILIATE PROGRAM?

If an affiliate wishes to leave the program before reaching the required $50 payout threshold, My Dog Foo will terminate affiliate’s account and make payment within 30 days of affiliate’s termination.
