To be an authorized affiliate of My Dog Foo, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.Please read this agreement carefully before registering as a My Dog Foo affiliate. By signing up for the My Dog Foo affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.  As a My Dog Foo Affiliate (to be referred to as AFFILIATE moving forward), you authorize the use and redistribution of photos posted with My Dog Foo products on your social media page. My Dog Foo is responsible for making sure the images have account tags and credits when being posted to My Dog Foo social media channels.  My Dog Foo is in no way responsible for the re-sharing of AFFILIATE photos by other social media users or affiliate members. All AFFILIATES agree that when sharing photos publicly either through social media channels or directly on their website that they are responsible for any copy write issues. You agree not to share other AFFILIATE photos without express permission or credit.  My Dog Foo will not be held liable for any copy right issue committed by any of its AFFILIATES.

AFFILIATES are not authorized to make their own claims for discounts or promotions without express permission from My Dog Foo first.  AFFILIATES are responsible to fund any contest or giveaway using My Dog Foo products, should they choose to do so.  My Dog Foo will not be required to participate in any AFFILIATE’S promotional events, giveaways, or contests.  AFFILIATES must seek approval from My Dog Foo prior to adding company branding to personal or commercial ventures.  AFFILIATE shall not issue any press release nor make any public statement regarding this Agreement (including the terms and existence thereof) or the relationship of the parties without the My Dog Foo’s prior written approval which may be withheld in My Dog Foo’s sole discretion. 

My Dog Foo does not guarantee income from the affiliate program.  My Dog Foo is not responsible for answering individual followers questions on AFFILIATE’S posts or websites.  My Dog Foo may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason or no reason. AFFILIATE may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason or no reason. This Agreement automatically terminates if AFFILIATE breaches any provision of this Agreement. In the event of termination, AFFILIATE shall immediately remove any promotional assets from AFFILIATE’S website and/or social media channels. 

We may modify any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement, and/or any of our policies and operating procedures at any time and from time to time, in our sole discretion. AFFILIATE will be notified by email of any modification to the terms and conditions to this Agreement and the updated Agreement will be posted on our site. If the modification is not acceptable to you, you may terminate your continued participation in the My Dog Foo Affiliate Program. AFFILIATE’S continued participation in the Program after modifications are made constitutes acceptance of the modifications.  This Agreement shall be governed by the law of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising under or relating to this Agreement or the subject matter of this Agreement shall be resolved in a state or federal court in West Palm Beach, Florida.  AFFILIATE agrees that My Dog Foo shall be the only party named by the AFFILIATE in any dispute arising under or relating to this Agreement.  The AFFILIATE hereby consents to personal jurisdiction in any state or federal court in West Palm Beach, Florida, for any claims arising from or relating to this Agreement.
