Q: What % commission do I earn?
A: 30% on all retail purchases on olaplex.com that can be tracked to your Affiliate ID (using your unique link or QR code).
Q: When do I get paid?
A: We pay out commissions monthly, once your commission has reached $10 or more. Commissions on qualifying purchases will be paid within 60 days of the close of each month.
Q: I am having trouble setting up my account - how can I get help?

Q: How do I refer clients?
A: The easiest way to refer clients is by sharing your unique affiliate link. You can find your unique link from your registration welcome email or by logging into your affiliate panel. You can even create a custom link to a specific product by using the link generator in your affiliate panel. You can copy and paste your link to social media, a text message, an email, your website or anywhere else you would like!
Q: When I try to download a banner, it is showing me a black screen.
A: Try logging in on a different browser. Using Safari usually solves this issue.
Q: How can I choose my payment method?
A: You can do this from your profile page which you can access by clicking on the Person Icon (the second blue icon from the left). From here you will also be able to update your password and personal information.
Q: Can I generate a link to a specific Olaplex product?
A: Yes! Click on the Link Generator tab. Copy and paste the link of the specific page onto blank tab labeled ‘Link’ and click generate on the bottom. This will generate both an affiliate link and an HTML code.
Q: Can I earn commission on my own OLAPLEX orders?
A: No, any purchase made using your affiliate email and link does not qualify for commission. You also cannot earn commission for OLAPLEX orders by another affiliate in the program.
Q: Can I receive commission on all products?
A: All products on the consumer-facing website are eligible for commission with the exception of gift cards.
Q: What’s the difference between an affiliated link and an HTML code?
A: Your affiliated link can be used and shared in social sites. Your HTML code is also your affiliated link, but formatted for use in websites and blogs. Your HTML code CAN’T be shared on social sites.
