Little Windows Affiliate Agreement - Terms and Policies
Thank you for your interest in our Affiliate Program. We are very excited to have you on board, but first it's important that we outline the details of our Affiliate Agreement. The purpose of this Agreement is not to bog you down with rules but to make sure that we both have a clear understanding of what is permitted and acceptable. This way, we don't have to email you later on to tell you to stop doing something because you didn't realize it wasn't allowed.
The purpose of this Agreement is to set out how the program works, roles and responsibilities, and payment terms:
The Little Windows Affiliate Program is intended for affiliates to earn money by spreading the word about Little Windows products and services to others, both online and offline.
To preserve the integrity of this program, affiliates are asked not to "sell" to themselves. A sale to yourself or another affiliate will not qualify for commission.
You agree to not disclose promotional methods or details of this affiliate program.
You agree to not send unsolicited emails and must comply with CAN-SPAM.
Affiliates who implement the use of paid key words will be removed from the program immediately.
Commissions are earned solely on referrals that convert to sales on little-windows.com. This program does not apply to any Little Windows merchandise purchased elsewhere, including Amazon.
Please note: an affiliate is not required to live in the USA.
Our commission % remains constant regardless of the selling price (i.e. if the product is sold at a discounted price, the commission will be 10% of the discounted price on new customer orders, 5% on follow-up orders).
Although refunds are rare, please note that converted sales that end up refunded for any reason will not result in a commission payout for the affiliate.
Commissions are paid in USD once you have earned a minimum of $50.
Payments are made via PayPal and are subject to PayPal's Terms and Conditions, including applicable fees for receiving funds.
Affiliates must not register and/or use domains with the wording 'Little Windows', "Brilliant Resin', or any similar term contained within such domains.
Affiliates must not disparage or misrepresent little-windows.com in anyway.
Affiliates must not promote Little Windows on any sites with inappropriate content.
We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate's registration from our program at any time without notice.
You must accept the terms of this Agreement by clicking "I ACCEPT" at the end of this agreement before creating an account.
