Terms of Use and Privacy Statement

Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions: 

By registering with Rogue Wargaming as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Rogue Wargaming reserves the right to update and change these Terms from time to time without notice. Any new updates, features or options that will be added to the Service, shall also be subject to these Terms. Please note that these Terms may be amended from time to time. In continuing to use the Service you confirm that you accept the then current terms and conditions in full at the time you use the Service.

The “Signee” refers to the individual or channel electing to become an officially affiliated partner of Rogue Wargaming Ltd.

“Rogue Wargaming” refers to Rogue Wargaming Ltd, and any of its shareholders.

“Affiliate” refers to the agreement between the “Signee” and “Rogue Wargaming”

“Competitor” refers to any company separate to Rogue Wargaming & it’s shareholders, that provides the same, or a sufficiently similar public service, that there may be confusion as to whom the Rogue Wargaming affiliate link belongs to.

The Affiliation programme is provided via Affiliaty, and their ToS also apply,.

1. Registration:

1a) Signees must possess an active, unsanctioned, social content channel or blog, from which the Rogue Wargaming referral link can be posted and used by the channel’s stream viewers.

1b) Signees agree to be bound to the Terms & Conditions found within this document, and to defend Rogue Wargaming & it’s shareholders against all rumination caused by any violation of these terms & conditions, by the signee or associates of the signee.

1c) Rogue Wargaming reserves the right to terminate affiliate partnerships, without notice, that are found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Content:

2a) Signees will not post upon or associate their channel with inflammatory, racist, ableist, sexist, anti-religious sentiments, violations of UK and/or International law (where applicable). Including but NOT limited to: the 1998 Data Protection Act, 1989 Child Protection Act, or otherwise derogatory remarks or comments that would lead to damage of Rogue Wargaming.

2b) Signees will not engage in hate speech, or allow Rogue Wargaming to be associated with hate groups.

2c) Signees will not advertise competitor referral links or banners on registered channels, during their partnership with Rogue Wargaming.

2d) Content must be appropriate for all audiences.

2e) Content must not pertain to gambling or gambling websites, where real-money is exchanged.

3. Payment:

3a) Signees must possess a valid, functioning PayPal account, with which payouts can be paid directly into.

3b) Valid affiliate account holders will be paid based on a commission basis, based on confirmed shopping transaction activity via the provided Rogue Wargaming shopping affiliate link.

3c) Commission is paid at the end of each month, into the signee’s account, 1 month in-hand.

3d) Affiliates will be paid at a rate of 3% of purchases that users make through the provided Rogue Wargaming referral link.

3e) Rogue Wargaming will attempt to honour all legitimate commission payouts.

3f) In the event that Rogue Wargaming is ever rendered insolvent, Rogue Wargaming is under no obligation to honour outstanding affiliate commission payouts, OR if the signee’s affiliation has been found to be in violation of Section 2.


4. Termination:

4a) The registered signee is permitted to voluntarily terminate their partnership with Rogue Wargaming at any time.

4b) Signees will provide at least 2-weeks notice of their desire to cancel their association with Rogue Wargamings Affiliate programme.

4c) Any outstanding payments within this period, will be paid into the signee’s registered PayPal account. UNLESS the signee has been found to be in violation of Section 2 in this document.

4d) Signees found to be in violation of Section 2 may be suspended without notice, at the discretion of Rogue Wargaming Ltd, and any outstanding commission payouts retracted indefinitely.

4e) Rogue Wargaming Ltd reserves the right to cancel an affiliate account without notice.
