Lupe Technology Affiliate terms
In addition to the base terms offered (commission rate, cookie period and minimum order value), the following are the detailed terms and conditions of Lupe Technology (herein after referred to as Lupe) affiliate program.
1. PPC Policy (Search, Display and Social Media)
Lupe does not support brand name bidding nor bidding on brand name terms or misspellings. This includes all specific product and brand names.
Lupe does not allow direct linking and does not permit the use of display URL. PPC affiliates should add the Lupe brand name and its permutations into their negative keyword list to avoid their ads showing when a brand + generic term is searched for. Commissions will be declined if an affiliate does not comply with PPC terms. Further information is detailed below.
What is permitted;
If affiliate uses Lupe brand name or permutations in their negative keyword list.
What is not permitted;
If affiliate directly links to Lupe website from search engines.
If affiliate uses Lupe brand name or permutations in their display URL.
If affiliate uses Lupe brand name or permutations in their paid search title and description.
If affiliate displays their ads when the Lupe brand name or permutations are entered as search keywords.
If affiliate displays their ads when the Lupe brand name or permutations and another word or words are entered as search keywords.
Affiliate uses Google, Yahoo, Bing or any other search engine to generate sales via this program.
Affiliates should not knowingly ‘mirror’ Lupe’s targeting of audiences in any way.
2. Affiliate links
Lupe will provide all links suitable for affiliate use via email or our affiliate platform. If an affiliate uses a code not issued for the specific affiliates use then commissions will be declined.
In the event that a discount code is issued by Lupe, affiliates may only promote discount codes provided exclusively for their site and not taken from another source.
3. Transactions
Commissions are exclusive of; VAT, sales taxes, discounts, delivery charges, credit card fees, gift wrapping or other service charges. Non-qualifying purchases; order is cancelled, item is returned, customer fails credit check, duplicate order, items is out of stock, breach of terms and conditions.
4. Payment
Commission payments will be calculated and paid monthly in arrears for the month prior.
5. Creative
We have a range of banners available on our affiliate platform. Only these banners should be used by affiliates unless otherwise agreed in writing with Lupe.
Lupe reserves the right to terminate affiliates on the basis of offensive, pornographic or other content deemed inappropriate at the sole discretion of Lupe.
