4. Commission and Payment

• Affiliates will earn a commission for each sale referred to IndependenceSafes.com via the Affiliate's unique tracking link, as specified in the Program guidelines.
• Commission rates and payment schedules will be defined in the Program guidelines.
• Payments will be made through a method specified by us, subject to meeting the minimum payment threshold of $50.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all promotional activities related to IndependenceSafes.com and remove all links to our site.

6. Limitation of LiabilityWe will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. ModificationWe may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion.

Changes May or may not be communicated. Any Communicated changes will be will be provided to Affiliates via email or through our website. Your continued participation in the Program following the posting of changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

8. Governing LawThis Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where FB Global Value LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.ConclusionBy applying to or participating in the Affiliate Program for IndependenceSafes.com, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You understand that we may at any time (directly or indirectly) solicit customer referrals on terms that may differ from those contained in this Agreement or operate websites that are similar to or compete with your website.
