Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Wonsie Affiliate Agreement

This Agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Wonsie Affiliate Program. In this Agreement, the term “Affiliate” refers to you (the applicant). “Wonsie” refers to Wonsie Pty Ltd, the product and brand owner.

The Wonsie Affiliate Program is administered partly through a third-party affiliate management company called Affiliatly and partly through our own internal affiliate system.

2. Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules.

If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement. Continued participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of any changes.

3. Enrollment

To enroll in the Affiliate Program, you may either be invited or must submit an affiliate application and be approved. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance status as soon as possible after their information is reviewed.

Wonsie reserves the right to refuse or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, applications associated with suspected spam activity, misleading marketing practices, coupon or discount-only websites, unauthorised deal-sharing platforms, or websites that do not align with the Wonsie brand and values.

4. Affiliate URL

Approved Affiliates will be issued a unique Affiliate URL. This URL is personal to the Affiliate and allows commissions to be tracked and credited correctly for affiliate referrals.

5. Commissions

Affiliates will receive a 5% commission on revenue generated from orders placed through properly coded Affiliate links, unless otherwise stated for specific promotions or products.

Commission rates may change at the discretion of Wonsie. Limited-time promotional increases may apply during special campaigns, after which the standard commission rate will resume.

For a sale to generate a commission:

  • The customer must complete the order process in full
  • Full payment must be received by Wonsie
  • The order must be tracked through a correctly structured Affiliate link

Word-of-mouth referrals without a tracked Affiliate link will not qualify for commission payments.

Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring their Affiliate links are correctly formatted and functioning.

6. Payment

Wonsie pays Affiliates via PayPal or direct bank transfer using the payment details provided upon registration.

It is the responsibility of the Affiliate to ensure payment details remain current and accurate. Wonsie will not resend payments returned or lost due to incorrect payment information.

Commission payments may be subject to minimum payout thresholds and payment processing schedules as determined by Wonsie or Affiliatly.

7. Order Fulfillment

Wonsie will be solely responsible for processing all customer orders placed through Affiliate links.

Affiliates are not authorised to:

  • Collect customer payments
  • Resell Wonsie products
  • Sell Wonsie products through marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, or auction websites unless approved in writing by Wonsie

No resale rights are granted under this Agreement.

Wonsie will also be solely responsible for all customer service enquiries, order processing, shipping, returns, and product support.

Customers purchasing through Affiliate links will be deemed customers of Wonsie, and all Wonsie policies and procedures will apply.

Wonsie reserves the right to change product pricing, availability, shipping fees, policies, and operating procedures at any time.

8. Qualifying Sites

Wonsie reserves the right to refuse entry into the Affiliate Program based on website content, promotional methods, or business practices.

Sites that do not qualify for the Affiliate Program include those which:

  • Promote sexually explicit materials
  • Promote violence
  • Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
  • Promote illegal activities
  • Infringe copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property rights belonging to Wonsie or others
  • Operate primarily as coupon, discount, cashback, or deal-sharing websites
  • Are associated with suspected spam activity, fake traffic, misleading advertising, or unethical marketing practices

9. Permitted Usage

Affiliates are permitted to use approved Wonsie banners, graphics, and marketing materials made available through the Affiliate Program portal.

If a specific banner size or marketing resource is required, Affiliates may contact the Affiliate Program Manager at info@wonsie.com.au to request additional materials.

Affiliates may not alter Wonsie branding, logos, or marketing materials without prior written approval.

10. Prohibited Usage

The following activities are prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the Affiliate account:

  • Using the Wonsie logo, branding, or imagery in a manner that falsely implies an official partnership or ownership
  • Misrepresenting Wonsie products or policies
  • Using deceptive, misleading, or false advertising methods
  • Bidding on trademarked Wonsie brand terms in paid advertising campaigns without written permission
  • Creating fake websites, social profiles, or impersonation accounts representing Wonsie

Unless authorised in writing, Affiliates may not use Wonsie logos or branding as part of their website header, business identity, or social media branding in any way that suggests they officially represent Wonsie.

11. Wonsie Anti-Spam Policy

Wonsie strictly prohibits Affiliates from using spam email or any other form of abusive or unethical online promotion, including spamming blogs, forums, social media platforms, chat groups, or messaging services.

Spam includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sending unsolicited commercial emails to recipients without consent
  • Posting excessive, irrelevant, or repetitive promotional messages on forums, blogs, Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Reddit, or other social media platforms
  • Posting promotional comments that violate blog or forum rules
  • Creating low-quality websites or blogs solely for keyword stuffing or link spam
  • Using fake accounts, bots, click farms, or artificial traffic generation methods
  • Sending unsolicited messages through chat platforms, instant messaging systems, or group communities
  • Distributing unauthorised flyers or promotional materials where prohibited

If Wonsie receives a credible complaint regarding spam or unethical conduct, we reserve the right to investigate the matter and terminate the Affiliate account immediately.

Termination may result in:

  • Immediate closure of the Affiliate account
  • Forfeiture of unpaid commissions
  • Removal from all current and future Wonsie affiliate opportunities

To report a violation of this policy, please contact info@wonsie.com.au with relevant supporting evidence.

12. Relationship of Parties

Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties.

Affiliates have no authority to make or accept offers, representations, or commitments on behalf of Wonsie.

13. Term and Termination

This Agreement begins upon acceptance into the Affiliate Program and continues until terminated by either party.

Either Wonsie or the Affiliate may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.

Upon termination, the Affiliate must immediately:

  • Cease using all Wonsie Affiliate links
  • Remove all Wonsie trademarks, logos, graphics, and marketing materials from their website and promotional channels
  • Stop representing themselves as a Wonsie Affiliate

Any unpaid commissions may be withheld if termination results from a breach of this Agreement.

14. Limitation of Liability

Wonsie will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program.

Wonsie’s total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the Affiliate.

15. Disclaimers

Wonsie makes no express or implied warranties regarding the Affiliate Program or the potential earnings of Affiliates.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website, tracking systems, Affiliate links, or payment systems, and Wonsie will not be liable for interruptions, tracking failures, or technical errors.

16. Miscellaneous

Failure by Wonsie to enforce strict compliance with any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By registering for the Wonsie Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

You further acknowledge that you have independently evaluated the Program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than those expressly set out in this Agreement.
