Molly’s Suds Affiliate ProgramTerms and Conditions

1. COUPON/LINK SHARING RESTRICTIONS: The affiliate partner is prohibited from their coupon code or affiliate link on deal or coupon sites. If an affiliate partner’s coupon code or affiliate link is found on any deal or coupon site, their account will be revoked. Coupon codes and affiliate links can be shared to the affiliate partner's personal social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.), personal blogs, personal and personal websites (excluding personal deal or coupon sites). Coupon code and affiliate links may not be shared on posts or ads by Molly's Suds. Affiliates may not use their own discount code to earn commission from their own orders.
2. PAYMENT: The total payment will be 10% of each sale total for sales made by first-time customers and 5% of each sale total for sales made by existing customers (less the shipping cost).  Sale must be made via affiliate link or code. The payment will be made at the end of each quarter OR once the commission total reaches $100. Payout will be made through PayPal, Venmo, or can be transferred to a virtual gift card for mollyssuds.com. The Partner will be liable for paying appropriate taxes. 
   
3. COMMISSION: In order to receive commission for a sale made on mollyssuds.com, the customer must use the affiliate's link or coupon code. Affiliate link cookies have an expiration date of 7 days. Commission cannot be earned retroactively from prior purchases or from purchases made using a different discount code.
