By participating in MyDeltaEight.com's influencer program, you agree to abide by all laws and regulations regarding cannabis and hemp on a federal and local level. In accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill, MyDeltaEight.com does not sell products that are in violation of the United States Controlled Substances act.
You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to join our Affiliate Program or use this Website.
By submitting an application to our Affiliate Program, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and may legally agree to this Agreement. The Company assumes no responsibility or liability for any misrepresentation of your age. You are required to market this affiliate program explicitly and solely to adult consumers in the 48 adjoining United States above 21 (twenty-one) years of age. You are not permitted to market this affiliate program to anyone under the age of 21. If the affiliate or any person, account, alias or entity associated with the affiliate market this program to anyone under the age of 21, the affiliate account may be subject to immediate and permanent removal from this program, and a loss of any funds which may be pending payout in your account.
Under no circumstance shall the affiliate or any referred affiliate claim that the products on MyDeltaEight.com or any Delta-8 THC, cannabis, hemp, or marijuana product can cure, prevent, or treat any disease. The affiliate and all affiliates are required to state that these products are for adult consumers who are at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age when marketing MyDeltaEight.com in any form whatsoever.
The affiliate and any referred affiliates are not permitted to market these products to anyone under the age of 21. As an affiliate you and any referred affiliates are advised to share the below disclaimer when marketing for MyDeltaEight.com:

The affiliate agrees to hold harmless Mid America Liquidation LLC DBA MyDeltaEight.com, EABLES LLC, Addison Todd, and all associated owners, employees, shareholders, investors or otherwise invested parties in said companies, LLC’s or other organizational structures from any lawsuit, complaint, legal action, cease and desist, monetary penalty, fine, criminal action, or removal from the affiliate’s platforms.
Mid America Liquidation LLC, EABLES LLC, and all associated owners, employees, shareholders, investors or otherwise invested parties in said companies, LLC’s or other organizational structures shall not be held liable for any local, federal, or any other jurisdictional laws regarding marijuana, cannabis, hemp, or any other product sold on MyDeltaEight.com.
It is the sole responsibility of the affiliate and any referred affiliates to be aware of all statues, laws, ordinances regarding cannabis, THC, marijuana, and Hemp. The affiliate or any referred affiliates participation in this program is entirely at-will, and at the sole judgement and discretion of Mid America Liquidation LLC, EABLES LLC, it’s partners, suppliers, manufacturers, investors, shareholders, and owners. Affiliates and referred affiliates must market MyDeltaEight.com and all associated products within good taste in the cannabis industry.
Affiliates and any referred affiliates may not market stunts, challenges, contests, or events that involve the use of any vehicle, heavy machinery, alcoholic beverages, minor persons under the age of 21 (twenty-one) years of age, or in conjunction with any organization, fraternity, website, service, or event involving or including any person or representation of a person or persons under the age of 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Your participation in MyDeltaEight.com’s affiliate program may be terminated at any time at the sole discretion of Mid America Liquidation LLC, and may result in a loss of pending funds given your non-compliance with this agreement.
Currently, the Company employs the following methods of payout:
Venmo
CashApp
PayPal
Direct deposit may be available upon request and is at the sole discretion of Mid America Liquidation LLC.
For any changes in your address or accounting information, you must notify us immediately and we will endeavor to make the changes to your payout information as soon as possible.
Payouts will be available the first of the month or period after they accrue. If the affiliate would like a qualifying payout of available funds before the first of the month this must be requested, and is solely at the discretion of Mid America Liquidation LLC. We explicitly reserve the right to change payout information in our sole and exclusive discretion. If we do so, you will be notified.
Payouts are also subject to the following restriction;
a) Payouts are only available when a threshold of the following amount is met: $50 (fifty US dollars).
For any disputes as to payout, the Company must be notified within thirty days of your receipt of the payout. We will review each dispute notification as well as the underlying payout transaction to which it is related. Disputes filed after thirty days of payout will not be addressed.
