Vasse Valley Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility:
a. Individuals or entities interested in becoming affiliates must apply and be approved by Vasse Valley.
b. Approval is at the sole discretion of Vasse Valley.
2. Commission:
a. Affiliates are entitled to a 25% commission on each eligible sale referred through their unique affiliate link.
b. Commissions are calculated based on the net sale amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and returns.
c. Any refunds given to customers will also be revoked from the affiliate.
3. Affiliate Link:
a. Affiliates will be provided with a unique tracking by Vasse Valley to identify referrals.
b. It is the affiliate's responsibility to ensure the proper use of their unique link for accurate commission tracking.
c. instructions on how to use the link will be provided by Vasse Valley.
d. The email address of the customer, who has purchased via the link from the affiliate, will be registered to that affiliate's account, allowing commissions on future purchases for three years. If a coupon or link is clicked and purchased by one of those customers from a different affiliate, they will then get that commission. 
e. Australian Law states that affiliates must disclose their participation in all marketing material. For example 'This link is an affiliate link, which means that at no extra cost to you, I will receive a commission from your purchase.'
4. Payouts:
a. Commissions are paid monthly, with payouts scheduled on the 15th day, or next closest business day, of each month.
b. The minimum payout threshold is $50. If an affiliate's commission does not meet this threshold, it will roll over to the following month. 
5. Payment Method:
a. Payouts will be made via PayPal.
b. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date PayPal information.
6. Termination:
a. Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with 14 days written notice.
b. Vasse Valley reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation immediately for any violation of these terms and/or unethical promotional practices.
7. Copyright:
a. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use Vasse Valley's copyrighted materials solely for the purpose of promoting Vasse Valley.
b. Affiliates may not alter or modify any copyrighted material without prior written consent from Vasse Valley.
8. Compliance:
a. Affiliates agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their promotion of Vasse Valley.
b. Affiliates shall not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
9. Changes to Terms:
a. Vasse Valley reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with notice to affiliates.
b. Continued participation in the affiliate program after the effective date of any modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Miscellaneous:
a. These terms constitute the entire agreement between Vasse Valley and the affiliate, superseding any prior agreements.
b. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
