Terms of Service for the Ethos Natura LLC Affiliate Program
Overview Thank you for your interest in our affiliate program. By signing up to our program, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our affiliate program is designed to reward individuals or businesses who refer new customers to our website.
Affiliate Commission We offer a 15% commission to our affiliates on every successful referral. A successful referral is a purchase made by a new customer referred by the affiliate. The commission applies to the sale price, excluding taxes and shipping.
Payment Affiliates will receive their commission payment once they have reached a threshold of $100. Payments are made via PayPal only. Payment will be made within 30 days after the threshold is met.
Termination We reserve the right to terminate the affiliate program at any time for any reason. In the event of termination, affiliates will be notified, and any outstanding commissions will be paid within 30 days of termination.
Affiliate Conduct As an affiliate, you agree to promote our website and products in a manner that is ethical and legal. You may not engage in any activity that could harm our brand, reputation or customer relationships. You may not use any deceptive or misleading tactics to refer customers.
Liability We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses resulting from participation in our affiliate program, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or any other type of loss.
Modifications We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes to these terms and conditions.
Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of California, United States.
