Welcome to Ear Gear’s Affiliate Program. Here are the terms to take part in the program.

Ear Gear is the leading provider of hearing aid accessories that protect hearing devices from sweat, dirt, moisture, loss, and wind without sacrificing comfort and sound quality.

We make a variety of styles of hearing aid and cochlear implant sleeves and covers to fit every make and model of hearing instrument. With a stellar reputation in our industry and consistently high 5-star customer reviews, we make promoting Ear Gear easy.

Who We’re Looking For

Whether you’re a blogger, a YouTuber, an audiologist, an active social media user, someone who wears a hearing device, or someone who cares about people who do, you could make a great influencer for Ear Gear!

How You’ll Earn Commissions

There are plenty of opportunities to earn a commission when you promote Ear Gear. Whether it's through your family, friends, or extended social network; on Facebook, YouTube, and other social media channels; email, a blog, or ecommerce site – all you have to do is share a trackable link that we provide to you. 

Every time someone clicks on the trackable referral link we send to you and then buys a product or multiple products from Ear Gear within 7 days of visiting our site, you’ll earn 20% of the total sale (not including taxes and shipping costs) as a thank you for sending us business.

You must use the unique trackable link that we provide to you or we will not be able to verify that the sale came from you. We track the 7 day time period from when the visitor comes to your site via your referral with a tracking cookie.

How You Can Promote Ear Gear Products

You can promote Ear Gear’s products in the best way that you feel will resonate with your audience, ie. marketing channels that are typical for our affiliates include social media, blogs, YouTube video descriptions, and email. We are happy to provide you with creatives, including banner ads and marketing copy. Contact us if you would like to receive marketing creatives from us. Or you can access some creatives from Ear Gear Affiliatly Dashboard. Affiliates are not to represent themselves as Ear Gear, the Company, in their social media posts or otherwise. No change or altering of any kind is permitted of the Ear Gear logo or brand, i.e. graphics of the products or brand, logos, videos, graphics. No changing of the colours or style of images of the product or brand, please. Sharing of our Ear Gear social posts is encouraged to promote the product on your own marketing channels.

We do not allow affiliates to use Ear Gear’s name or product names in paid search engine campaigns (SEM or PPC.) 
Ear Gear reserves the right to cancel an affiliate’s membership in the program at any time at our discretion.

Ear Gear provides an extra incentive that you can offer to your audience, which helps you to build your relationship with them while offering a cost savings on their Ear Gear. When the people you refer to Ear Gear use the coupon code AFFILIATE10 when they check out on GearForEars.com, they will receive 10% off their order before taxes and shipping costs are calculated.

How You’ll Get Paid

Ear Gear pays our affiliates through PayPal. When you sign up to join our affiliate program, we’ll ask you to provide your PayPal email address. We do not pay our affiliates any other way. 

We will pay you your commission once it reaches a threshold of $20 minimum each month. If you don’t reach that threshold in a given month, your commission will roll over to the following month and be applied to that month’s commission minimum threshold. Once your threshold is met, we will pay your commission according to the payment schedule for that month.

When You’ll Get Paid 

We pay our affiliates 46 days after the end of the month in which the sales were made. 
For example:

• If you sell $100 worth of Ear Gear in the month of July, you’ll receive your $20 commission via PayPal by September 15th. 
• If you sell $500 worth of Ear Gear in the month of August, you’ll receive your $100 commission by October 16th.

Ear Gear has a low return rate. However, if your referral does return their Ear Gear within 45 days of purchase, you will not receive a commission on that sale. Affiliates who consistently refer customers to Ear Gear who have a higher than normal return rate may be removed from the program at Ear Gear’s discretion.
