**Affiliate Agreement**

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Just Beyond SRL, ("Company") and the individual or entity accepting these terms ("Affiliate"), collectively referred to as the "Parties," effective as of [Effective Date].

**1. Appointment**

Company appoints Affiliate as a non-exclusive affiliate to promote and market Company's products, specifically FRTLZR tools for guitarists ("Products"), in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

**2. Affiliate Responsibilities**

2.1 Affiliate shall use best efforts to promote and market the Products in a professional and ethical manner.

2.2 Affiliate shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines while promoting the Products.

**3. Commissions**

3.1 Company shall pay Affiliate commissions for sales of Products generated through Affiliate's unique affiliate link.

3.2 Commissions shall be paid in accordance with Company's standard commission structure as communicated to Affiliate.

3.3 Payouts shall be processed after the returning period for the purchased Products is over.

**4. Intellectual Property**

4.1 Affiliate acknowledges that all intellectual property rights related to the Products, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are owned by Company.

4.2 Affiliate shall not use Company's trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property without prior written consent from Company.

**5. Termination**

5.1 Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other Party.

5.2 Upon termination, Affiliate shall immediately cease all promotion and marketing of the Products.

**6. Confidentiality**

6.1 Affiliate agrees to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by Company during the term of this Agreement.

**7. Limitation of Liability**

7.1 Neither Party shall be liable to the other Party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Agreement.

**8. Governing Law**

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

**9. Entire Agreement**

9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
