Buildopoly Referral & Rewards Program Terms and Conditions 

Welcome to the Buildopoly Referral & Rewards Program ("Program") brought to you by Best Access Doors ("Company"). By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. 

1. Eligibility 

  • Participation in the Program is open to all existing customers of Best Access Doors, subject to these Terms and Conditions. Applications will be approved by the company if participation meets the criteria. 
  • Employees of Best Access Doors and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Program. 

2. How the Program Works 

  • Participants ("Referrers") must sign up for the Program through the designated sign-up process provided by Best Access Doors to receive a unique referral link. 
  • Referrers may share their unique referral link with contacts within the commercial construction industry who are not current customers of Best Access Doors ("Referred"). 
  • There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make. 
  • Referred individuals can only receive a reward for their first purchase made through a valid referral link on www.bestaccessdoors.com. 
  • After the 1st purchase, the referred individual is also welcome to join the program to receive a unique link to share. 

3. Rewards  

  • For each successful referral resulting in a first-time purchase by a Referred individual, the Referrer will receive a $100 reward credited to their registered bank account. 
  • The Referred individual will receive a one-time $50 Amazon gift card after their first purchase through a valid referral link. 
  • Rewards are subject to verification and will only be awarded for referrals that comply with these Terms and Conditions. 

4. Restrictions 

  • Referrers cannot refer themselves or create multiple accounts to receive additional rewards. 
  • Referrers are not authorized to share their links on websites that offer coupons or any sort of discounts.  
  • A Referred individual is only eligible to receive one reward for their first purchase through the Program, regardless of the number of referral links they receive or use. 
  • Rewards cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. 

5. Limitations of Liability 

  • Best Access Doors is not responsible for use of incorrect links during the purchases and will not grant rewards for referrer and referral if an inactive link is used.   
  • After a visit on our website using a referrer link, the cookie is active for 15 days. When a referred visitor purchases during these 15 days, the order will be associated with the referrer account. 
  • After those 15 days, the referred visitor won't be associated with the referrer anymore and orders made after the cookie duration expired won't be associated with the referrer account.  

6. Termination and Changes 

  • Best Access Doors reserves the right to terminate the Program or change the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Program webpage. 
  • By participating in the Buildopoly Referral & Rewards Program, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. This Program is a fun and rewarding way to share the quality and reliability of Best Access Doors with others in the commercial construction industry, and we thank you for your participation.
