Welcome to the Brudders Books Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling.

1. Enrollment in the Program

To participate in the affiliate program, you must complete the registration form and be approved by Brudders Books. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion if we deem it inappropriate or inconsistent with our values.

2. Eligibility

Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age and operate websites, blogs, or social media accounts with family-friendly content. Any accounts or platforms promoting violence, discrimination, or inappropriate content will not be eligible.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Only promote Brudders Books using ethical, accurate, and honest means.
• Refrain from engaging in spamming
• Follow all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements for affiliate links.

4. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn a 10% commission on net sales generated through their unique affiliate link.
• Commissions are paid only on sales completed through the affiliate link, excluding canceled orders, refunds, and fraudulent transactions.
• Commission rates may be updated at any time with a 30 day written notice.

5. Payment Terms

• Payouts are made monthly for commissions earned in the previous month, provided the total exceeds $40.
• Payments are made via Paypal, Venmo, or Brudders Books website credit. It is the affiliate's responsibility to provide accurate payment details.
• Any unpaid balances below the threshold will roll over to the next month.

6. Use of Marketing Materials

Brudders Books will provide approved marketing materials such as banners, text links, and graphics. Affiliates may not alter these materials without written permission.

7. Trademark and Brand Usage

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use Brudders Books' branding for promotional purposes of Brudders Books. This license is revocable and must align with Brudders Books' brand guidelines. Misuse will result in termination of the affiliate agreement.

8. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

• Use their affiliate link for personal purchases.
• Engage in fraudulent or misleading marketing practices.
• Represent themselves as Brudders Books employees or claim ownership of the brand.
• Promote Brudders Books on websites or platforms containing inappropriate or offensive content.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason with written notice. Upon termination, all rights to promote Brudders Books, including use of marketing materials and trademarks, will cease immediately. Unpaid commissions for legitimate sales made prior to termination will be paid in the next payout cycle.

10. Limitation of Liability

Brudders Books is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the affiliate program, including loss of revenue, profits, or data.

11. Modification of Terms

Brudders Books reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
