THE BEARDED VIKING AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to The Bearded Viking Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in the program.

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

By joining The Bearded Viking Affiliate Program (the "Program"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service (the "Agreement"). Participation in the Program constitutes your full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not sign up.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have personally used The Bearded Viking products.
• Not be an affiliate for any other beard care or men’s care brand.
• Have an active social media presence, website, or another platform suitable for promoting our brand.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote The Bearded Viking products ethically and in good faith.
• Not make false or misleading claims about our products.
• Adhere to our brand guidelines, including proper use of our logo and marketing materials.
• Obtain approval from The Bearded Viking before publishing any media content related to The Bearded Viking.
• Not claim to be the owner, co-owner, or official representative of The Bearded Viking.

4. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn between 3% and 10% commission on qualifying sales.
• Commissions are calculated based on the final purchase amount after discounts and excluding taxes and shipping.
• The tracking cookie lasts 7 days from the time a user clicks on your affiliate link.
• Commissions are not awarded for purchases made using the affiliate’s own link.

5. Payments

• Payments will be made once an affiliate reaches a minimum threshold of £25.
• Payments will be sent via PayPal only. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring they have a valid PayPal account.
• If an order is cancelled, refunded, or disputed withing 30days of purchase the associated commission will be deducted from your earnings.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

• Alter, modify, or distort The Bearded Viking logo.
• Engage in paid advertising using The Bearded Viking name or branded keywords.
• Promote our products in a misleading, illegal, or unethical manner.
• Claim false endorsements or use fake reviews.
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including self-referrals, misleading promotions, or unauthorized coupon use.
• Harm the reputation of The Bearded Viking in any way.

Violations of these terms will result in immediate termination from the Program, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and potential legal action.

7. Termination & Suspension

The Bearded Viking reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time for violations of this agreement. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Being affiliated with a competing beard care or men’s care brand.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Claiming ownership or misrepresenting your relationship with The Bearded Viking.
• Harming the brand in any way, including through negative press or unethical promotion.

If you are removed from the Program, any unpaid commissions will be withheld.

8. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

• Affiliates are not permitted to alter or modify The Bearded Viking branding, logos, or marketing materials.
• All media content, including images, videos, and advertisements, must be approved by The Bearded Viking before use.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

• The Bearded Viking is not responsible for content created by affiliates.
• Affiliates must comply with all relevant advertising laws and regulations.
• Participation in the Program does not create any partnership, employment, or joint venture relationship between the affiliate and The Bearded Viking.
• Earnings are not guaranteed.

10. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or the affiliate portal. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of The United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of The United Kingdom.

By joining the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
