Anatomy Naturals Affiliate Program Terms of Service - Please Read!

Welcome to the Anatomy Naturals Affiliate Program. By joining, you agree to the following terms. These ensure a fair and transparent partnership. Please read and understand them before agreeing.

1. Discounts & Commissions

• Each affiliate receives a unique 10% off discount code to share with their audience.
• Affiliates earn a 12% commission on eligible product purchases at anatomy-naturals.com (after discounts, before tax and shipping).
• Exclusions: Commissions are not paid on wholesale products, samples, gift cards or purchases from other online / physical locations.
• Commission applies whether the customer uses your link or your code.
• Commissions are paid only on completed sales. Orders that are returned, refunded, or canceled will not generate commission.

2. Referral Tracking

• Each affiliate receives a unique referral link.
• When a customer clicks your link, a 30-day cookie tracks their purchase. If they buy within that period, you earn the commission, even if they don’t use your code.
• If a customer both clicks your link and uses your code, the commission is still credited to you.

3. Payouts

• Payouts are made via bank transfer or mailed check (subject to change)
• Minimum payout threshold: $25. Balances under $25 roll over until the next payout.
• Payments are processed monthly.

4. Rules & Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote Anatomy Naturals honestly and without misleading claims.
• Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly (FTC requirement). Example: “I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link or code.”
• Use only approved images, logos, and brand content provided by Anatomy Naturals or created with permission.
• Avoid spam, coupon sites, or bidding on the Anatomy Naturals brand name in paid ads.
• Avoid setting up competing online sales channels for our products.
• Avoid offering discounts other than your code and what is currently offered on the website.

Product Use & Content Creation:

We’ve chosen to work with you because we genuinely love your vibe and trust your voice. Products sent through this program are just for you - we’re not looking for secondhand reviews. Please don’t gift, transfer, or pass items along to other creators. If something changes or you’re unable to create content, just let us know. We like to keep control over who’s representing Anatomy Naturals, and your thoughtful participation is part of what makes this partnership work.

5. Taxes

• Affiliates are responsible for reporting their earnings as income.
• U.S. affiliates earning $600 or more in a calendar year will be asked to complete a W-9 form, and Anatomy Naturals will issue a 1099-NEC as required by law.

6. Termination

• Either party may end this agreement at any time.
• Commissions earned on valid sales before termination will be honored.
• Fraudulent, misleading, or abusive activity will result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

7. Legal

• This program is governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, USA.
• Anatomy Naturals reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.
