Authentic Ceremonies Affiliate Program Agreement

This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") explains how creators, influencers, and social affiliates can earn commissions by promoting Authentic Ceremonies Pty Ltd products.

By joining the affiliate program, you agree to the terms below.

1. About the Program

Authentic Ceremonies operates the ecommerce website www.authenticceremonies.com.au. We offer creators the opportunity to earn commissions by sharing approved affiliate links or discount codes.

2. Joining the Program

• You must apply and be approved to join.
• We may accept or decline applications at our discretion.
• Once approved, you’ll receive access to your unique tracking links and/or codes.

3. How You Can Promote

You may promote our products on:

• Social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, etc.)
• Blogs and personal websites
• Email newsletters (to your own opt-in list)

You agree to:

• Use only your assigned affiliate links or codes
• Represent our brand honestly and accurately
• Follow platform rules and local advertising laws

4. Disclosure Requirements (Important)

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship. Examples include:

• “#ad” or “#affiliate” in social posts
• “I may earn a commission from this link” in captions or descriptions

This is required by law (FTC and similar regulations).

5. Commission & Tracking

• Commission Rate: 10% per sale
• Commissions are earned on completed, paid orders tracked through your link or code.
• Commissions are not paid on refunded, canceled, or fraudulent orders.
• Taxes, shipping, and discounts are excluded from commission calculations.

6. Payments

• Payment Schedule: Monthly
• Minimum Payout: $30
• Payment Method: Bank Transfer

You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and handling any applicable taxes.

7. What’s Not Allowed

To keep things fair, you may not:

• Promote using spam, bots, or fake engagement
• Bid on our brand name or domain in paid ads (unless approved)
• Create accounts, pages, or domains that look like our brand
• Offer unauthorized cashback, rebates, or incentives
• Purchase products through your own affiliate link (unless approved)

8. Brand Use

We grant you permission to use our logos and brand assets only to promote our products while you’re an active affiliate.

You may not alter brand assets or claim to officially represent the company.

9. Termination

• Either you or Authentic Ceremonies may leave the program at any time.
• We may immediately remove affiliates who violate these terms.

Upon leaving the program, you must stop using affiliate links and brand assets.

10. Final Commissions

Any valid commissions earned before termination will be paid according to the normal payment schedule, subject to review.

11. Liability & Legal Stuff (Plain English)

• We’re not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses.
• Our maximum liability is limited to commissions paid to you in the last 3 months.
• You agree to cover us if your promotion causes legal issues.

12. Independent Relationship

This agreement doesn’t create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship. You are an independent creator.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update this agreement from time to time. Continued participation means you accept the updates.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Office of Fair Trading, Qld.
