Affiliate Program Agreement

By submitting this registration, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing participation in the Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated by Drafted by Design Inc. (“Company”).

1. Commission

Affiliates earn a commission of three percent on qualifying sales completed through their unique affiliate link. A qualifying sale is an order that is paid in full and not refunded, cancelled, or disputed.

2. Payouts

Commissions are calculated monthly. Payments are issued once the affiliate’s earned balance reaches a minimum of twenty dollars. Payouts are made via PayPal or bank transfer to the information provided by the affiliate.

3. Tracking and Attribution

Sales are attributed using cookies and tracking tools provided by the Company’s affiliate software. The Company is not responsible for untracked or improperly attributed referrals due to user settings, device changes, cookie blocking, or technical limitations.

4. Affiliate Conduct

Affiliates must promote Company products truthfully and in compliance with all applicable advertising laws, including FTC disclosure requirements. Affiliates may not:

• Misrepresent Company products

• Use unauthorized discount codes

• Bid on Company trademarks or brand terms in paid advertising

• Engage in spamming, misleading promotions, or any fraudulent activity

Violation of these standards may result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

5. Prohibited Uses of Affiliate Links

Affiliate links may not be used on coupon aggregation sites, discount-code directories, or similar platforms without express written approval.

6. Termination

The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time. The Company may remove an affiliate immediately for violation of these terms or for conduct that harms the Company’s reputation or operations. Upon termination, unpaid commissions from non-qualifying or disputed transactions will not be paid.

7. Independent Contractor Status

Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, partners, or agents of the Company. Affiliates are responsible for any taxes related to commissions earned through the Program.

8. Modifications

The Company may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Affiliate Program Agreement.
