Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Partner Program Terms & Conditions (“Affiliate Terms”) govern your participation in the Bluetide USA LLC DBA Bluetide Peptides (“the Company”, “Bluetide Peptides”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) affiliate partner program (“Affiliate Program”). By applying to, being approved for, or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms in addition to our main Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility & Application

Participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to approval at our sole discretion. We may reject or terminate applications or accounts that, in our judgment, are associated with misleading, illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content or practices. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.

2. Research Use Only Products

All products promoted via the Affiliate Program are for research and laboratory use only and are not for human or animal consumption, application, or use of any kind. Affiliates must clearly communicate that products are for research use only and must not make any medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or performance-enhancement claims in their promotions.

3. Commission Structure

Bluetide USA LLC DBA Bluetide Peptides offers a two-tier commission structure to approved affiliates (“Affiliates”):

• 15% commission on eligible purchases made directly through your unique affiliate link or approved coupon code.
• 5% commission on eligible purchases generated by approved sub-affiliates who are linked to your account under the program.

Commissions are calculated based on the total order value of eligible purchases, excluding (without limitation) taxes, shipping charges, discounts, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, and any orders or products designated as ineligible under Company policy.

4. Tracking, Attribution & Qualified Orders

Orders are attributed to an Affiliate based on the tracking system used by the Affiliate Program (e.g., cookies, referral IDs, or coupon codes). Only orders properly tracked and recorded by the system will qualify for commissions. We are not responsible for tracking failures due to cookie blocking, user settings, ad blockers, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

5. Payout Schedule & Minimum Payment Threshold

Affiliate commissions are generally paid on a weekly basis, subject to review and reconciliation. A minimum payout threshold of one hundred dollars (USD $100) applies. We may require that:

• Your payable commission balance meets or exceeds USD $100; and
• Your account is in good standing and free from suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

Bluetide USA LLC DBA Bluetide Peptides reserves the right to withhold, delay, or adjust payments in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, chargebacks, refunds, disputes, violations of these Affiliate Terms, or incomplete tax or payout information.

6. Right to Modify Commission Rates & Program Terms

Bluetide USA LLC DBA Bluetide Peptides reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, adjust, or discontinue the Affiliate Program, commission percentages, payout methods, eligibility rules, tracking methods, or any other aspect of the program at any time, with or without prior notice.

Any such changes will apply on a prospective basis only. Purchases made prior to the effective date of any change will be paid out according to the commission rates and structure that were in effect at the time the qualifying purchase was made.

7. Prohibited Conduct

As an Affiliate, you agree that you will not:

• Promote products as suitable for human or animal consumption or use, or make any medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or performance claims.
• Engage in misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices, including fake reviews, false claims, or misrepresentation of your relationship with the Company.
• Bid on our trademarks, brand names, or domain names (or confusingly similar terms) in paid search campaigns without our prior written consent.
• Use spam, unsolicited emails, or other unauthorized communications to promote affiliate links.
• Use coupon, cashback, or incentive models in ways that violate our program rules or mislead customers.
• Self-refer or create duplicate or fake accounts to generate artificial commissions.

8. Compliance with Laws & Disclosures

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to advertising standards and disclosure requirements. Where legally required (such as FTC guidelines in the United States), you must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with Bluetide Peptides (for example, stating that you may earn commissions on purchases made through your links).

9. Relationship of the Parties

Your participation in the Affiliate Program does not create any employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or sales representative relationship between you and Bluetide USA LLC DBA Bluetide Peptides. You are an independent contractor responsible for your own business operations, expenses, and tax obligations.

10. Term, Termination & Suspension

These Affiliate Terms apply for as long as you participate in the Affiliate Program or maintain an active affiliate account. We may, at any time and in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your affiliate account, deny payment of commissions, or remove you from the program for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Affiliate Terms or our main Terms & Conditions;
• Misleading or harmful promotion of our products or brand;
• Fraud, chargeback patterns, or suspicious activity;
• Inactivity over an extended period.

Upon termination, any outstanding commissions that are legitimately earned and approved up to the date of termination may be paid at our discretion, subject to chargeback and fraud review.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluetide USA LLC DBA Bluetide Peptides will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including lost profits, revenue, or data) arising from or related to the Affiliate Program, even if advised of such possibilities. Our total liability to you in connection with the Affiliate Program will not exceed the total commissions paid to you during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the same governing law and dispute resolution provisions set forth in our main Terms & Conditions, which are incorporated by reference. By participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to those same jurisdiction, venue, and dispute resolution terms.

13. Acceptance of Affiliate Terms

By submitting an application, using your affiliate dashboard, distributing affiliate links or codes, or otherwise participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Affiliate Partner Program Terms & Conditions, as well as the main Bluetide Peptides Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
