What order with status "Not paid" means?
Answer: This status is made to help you to better manage your orders and affiliate's earnings.
When an order is still not paid by the client that made that order, it should stay with status "Not Paid" in Affiliatly. This way, no earnings will be calculated for the responding affiliate and you wont be paying for order for which you havent recevied any money.
The unpaid earnings in the affiliate's window page and table with affiliates are calculated only based on orders with status "Paid".
You can manually change the order's status in page "Orders" of your Affiliatly's admin.
Note: the order's statuses of users using our Shopify and Bigcommerce app are automatically tied to the status of the orders in their Shopify and Bigcommerce panels.
