Terms of Use and Privacy Statement

Sugar Shower Affiliate Agreement

These are the terms and conditions for joining our Affiliate

Program. The terms of this agreement are subject to change

without prior notice, but we will try to notify you of such changes in

advance.

1. Applying for our Program

You are applying for our Affiliate Program right now.

We reserve the right to decline or remove enrollment from our

program at our discretion.

As soon as your application is accepted, you can start sharing

your affiliate link and earning affiliate commissions.

We accept recruits for the United States and Canada!

You must be 18 years or older.

We do not have fees to join and no hidden fees during your time

as an affiliate.

Accounts will become inactive after 90 days of not logging or

sharing links.

If you do plan to sell, please contact us to restore your account.

2. Recruiting and Payment

a. You are paid 30% commissions on customer orders.

b. When you order you will be charged full price but will be

paid back your 30% THE FOLLOWING PAY DAY.

c. We pay 5% on your level 1 downlines; those you

personally bring in.

**Commissions are usually added nearly immediately, but it can

take the software 24-48 hours to show.

Please email us AFTER 48 hours if you do not see commissions.

Pay day is Monday nights, between 9-11pm CST, once the total

reaches $5.

Or paid on the first of the month if total remains below the $5.

3. Code of Ethics

Each Consultant agrees to abide by the following Code of Ethics:

a. I will be respectful of people I meet or am with while

representing myself as a Sugar Shower Affiliate.

b. I will conduct myself and my business in an ethical, moral,

legal, and financially sound manner and will not engage in

any deceptive or illegal practice.

c. I will not communicate disparaging comments about

Consultants, Sugar Shower, or Sugar Shower management.

This is including but not limited to my personal conduct

online and through any and all social media channels,

including behavior or content that may be considered

discriminatory or threatening.

d. All complaints or concerns should be made directly to the

Company.

e. Consultants who make statements of defamation about the

Company, Company products, or other Consultants will be

terminated.

f. I will not engage in any activities that would bring disrepute

to the Company, other Consultants, or myself. Sugar Shower

will in no way be liable for your risky behavior.

g. I will be truthful in my representation of the products and will

make no product claim that is not supported by official

Company Publications.

4. Samples and Marketing Material: Resale and Free

a. Only originally packaged products made by Sugar Shower

LLC are authorized for resale.

b. Reps are not allowed to make products or marketing

materials to sell to other reps or customers for profit.

Anything else does not have consent of the Company and

can be grounds for termination.

c. Reps can give away or mail free samples of cut soaps,

bath fizzies, wax, etc but it must be wrapped or bagged

and a paper with a description and directions of it must go

with it so the customer knows what it is and how to use it.

You can copy and paste the information and ingredients

from our Sugar Shower web site to your information

paper.

d. If hosting giveaways or games within your business, you

are responsible for giving any customer their "winnings"

and Sugar Shower is not responsible.

5. Sponsoring other individuals into your Team.

a. If a Consultant from another company contacts you, or in

your normal course of business you meet a representative

from another company that desires to join, it is acceptable

to offer them the opportunity to join.

b. It is, however, a violation of the Policies for any

Consultant to entice someone to leave a company with

which they are currently enrolled through negative or

deceptive practices, or to target Consultants from any

specific company for the purpose of enticing them and/or

other team members to join Sugar Shower.

c. You may post recruitment info on your social media pages

such as “Join my Sugar Shower team” and our information

via a graphic or typed in.

6. Selling on Social Media

a. Your Storefront/Facebook Page/Facebook Group/Social

Media site name, business cards, and email signature

line should read as such: “Sugar Shower With Affiliate

(your name here)”

b. Not: “Sugar Shower CO With”, or “Sugar Shower By”, or

any other name that is different from Sugar Shower With

Affiliate (your name here).

c. We do not have a “non compete clause”.

d. It is against company policy to resell on Etsy and

Amazon.

e. Members/customers must opt into your VIP

Groups/Social Media pages and should not be added

against their will or without their request and permission.

f. Promoting your social media pages and/or groups must

be clearly designated to be that of an Independent

Consultant and does not appear to represent the actual

Company in any way.

7. Events, Fairs, Expos, Online or In Person Etc.

a. These ARE permitted as long as they are a temporary

event.

b. When registering for the event, you must register YOUR

name. Sugar Shower is not involved in the event, you are

just selling the products- so sign up using your name,

address, tax ID, etc.

c. You are an independent contractor and are responsible

for taxes in your state, as well as keeping any records and

sales from the event in the event Sugar Shower

management needs copies.

e. Always let us know if you are ordering for a show so we

can make sure you allow enough time for ordering, and

please take into consideration our shipping and

processing times when scheduling a show. We cannot be

responsible for any missed shows.
