How do commissions work for the affiliate program?
You will be provided with a $10
discount code that you can share with your audience. We offer 10%
commission on all the sales that are made using your custom discount
code or custom link on your website.
When someone uses the discount code
to make a purchase on the iLoveDanceShoes website or follows the custom
link on your website, your account will automatically be credited 10% of
their total order.
You will receive an email confirmation for every order.
What banners / links do you provide to share with our dancers?We provide a few graphics in
different formats that you can download and use on your own website.
When you register for the affiliate program, you will have access to
suggested banners under the “banners” tab.
You will also receive your own affiliate link which will be a link of this type:
affiliate_link@ where AFFILIATECODE is your own affiliate code.
Please make sure that that you use the personalized code, so that your referrals get credited to your account.
Is it possible to select and group products: like "tango dance
shoes" or "salsa dance shoes" and have a separate banner for each?Yes! You can link to the “Tango Dance
Shoes for Women” and “Tango Dance Dance Shoes for Men" (for example)
using the links below:

How will we know when someone buys using our link?
When you sign up as an affiliate you
will be assigned a custom link and unique coupon code so that all
purchases can be tracked. You must use this unique link on your website.
When one of your members uses the
link to buy from iLoveDanceShoes, or uses the unique coupon code, your
account will automatically be updated. The affiliate dashboard will show
all sales in real time.
Our dance studio doesn’t have a business Facebook page — what should I add to the Facebook line on the registration form?
For the Facebook line on the
registration form, you should include the link for a business page for
your dance organization. If you don't have a business page on Facebook,
leave it blank.
When I tried to register it asked me for the “desired coupon code”, what is this?
The coupon code is a special code
consisting of numbers and letters which gives your members a discount of
$10 on orders. You can specify a desired coupon code (such as the name
of your studio) so that we can activate it. Alternatively, we can assign
a specific code for you.
