Affiliate Registration

Here are the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about our affiliate program:

Q: Who is eligible to participate?

A: Anyone who is 18 years of age or older!  Residents of the United States can choose payment via paper check or PayPal.  Non-US residents are welcome to participate, but must be paid via PayPal. All commission payments are configured in USD.

Q: Do affiliates receive a discount for personal purchases?

A: We do not offer a discount to affiliates.  This allows us to pay out a much higher commission to those who actively promote our website. We do however, reward affiliates with one item at a 50% discount for every $150.00 in sales generated.  

Q: How do I get paid?

A: You may request a payout at anytime. We do have a payout minimum of $25.00.  If your banked commission is less than $25.00, you will be unable to request a payout.  Affiliates may request any portion of banked commissions as long as the total requested is at least $25.00 through the payout feature in their dashboard.

Q: Do affiliates earn commission on their own purchases?

A: No, affiliates do not earn commission on their own purchases.  Affiliates earn commission on the purchases of customers that they refer to our website.  

Q: Will I earn commission from the affiliates that I refer to the program?

A: To be eligible to earn commission from directly referred affiliates, you must generate at least $50 in sales during the calendar month. For any month that you generate at least $50 in sales, you will then also earn 2% of the sales of your directly referred affiliates for that month.  If you do not earn $50 in sales during a calendar month, any commissions earned from your directly referred affiliate's sales would be forfeited.  You may request a payout anytime after the 2nd business day of the following month on team commission earned. (The total of any commission payout must be at least $25.)

Q: Once I request a payout, how long will it take to get my money?

A: Payouts do not occur automatically when you request them.  Someone in the office must address your request and cash you out.  Those requesting a PayPal request can expect to see their payment within 2 business days.  Paper checks will be mailed to you directly from our bank, and should arrive to you by mail within 7 business days. Paper check payouts are only available to participants with address in the United States.

Q: If a customer returns a product, do I still get to keep the commission?

A: No, you will not.  Once you generate a sale, the commission will not be payable until your customer receives their item. Once the sale is final, and the customer has not initiated a return, your commission will become payable and you may then request a payout. If a customer does request a return or refund, you will see the status of that order in your dashboard move from "paid" to "refunded".

Q: What if one of my customers becomes an affiliate?  Will I still earn commission when they buy something?

A: You sure will!  We don't pay you commissions on your own orders. If you refer a customer to the website who then becomes an affiliate, they are still your customer.  You will receive commission on their purchases as you would any other customer.  The purchases made by THEIR customers you will earn 2% of if your own sales in that same month total $50 or more. 

Q: How come I don't see my name anywhere on "my" website?

A: This does get confusing for those who are joining us that also participate in direct sales programs that offer participants a "replicated website".  This means each participant is given their own website and back office.  We are not a direct sales company.  Our affiliates do not sell our products, they promote our website.  Your link is not the same as a replicated website.  Your link has a tracking code at the end of it that monitors the traffic you drive to our website.  There is only one website for our company.  Every affiliate's link lands those who click it on the same site.  The traffic that your URL link drives to the site is then monitored through your dashboard.  

Q: How can I be certain that I am getting credit for all of the customers I refer to the website?

A: As an affiliate, it is your responsibility to always make sure the links to the website that you share have your affiliate tracking code at the end. If you fail to do this, you will not get credit for any sales that come in that were not tied to your account with that code. Please make sure that you use the link generator feature of your dashboard to attach your tracking code to the end of any product URL's from the website that you share.
