Apeiron Elementals A/iliate Program Terms of Service

Welcome to our a/iliate program hosted via A/iliatly.com. By signing below and

participating in our program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

Please read them carefully before promoting our brand.

1. A/iliate Eligibility

To join our program, you must:

- Be 18 years or older

- Not engage in any behavior that violates FTC disclosure guidelines or our policies

- If you operate a business, website, email list, social channel, or other marketing platform,

it must be valid and align with our brand values

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Commission Structure

- A/iliates will receive a percentage-based commission (specified in your dashboard) on

valid sales referred via your unique link.

- Commissions are only paid on orders completed through your a/iliate link or code,

tracked through A/iliatly.

- Self-referrals or fraudulent orders are not eligible for commission.

3. Payout Terms

- Payouts are processed monthly and subject to a minimum threshold, e.g., $100.

- Payments are only made via PayPal or through digital Apeiron Elementals gift cards,

depending on your selection in A/iliatly.

- Payouts may be delayed if we suspect fraudulent or excessive return/refund activity.

4. Promotional Guidelines

We want your promotions to be both ethical and successful. A/iliates may:

- Post honest, FTC-compliant reviews, content, or mentions

- Promote via social media, blogs, newsletters, and websites

- Use brand-approved images and messaging (eventually provided in the portal)

You may not:

- Make false claims about our products or company

- Promote using spam, bots, paid tra/ic farms, or coupon/deal sites without written

approval

- Use misleading discount codes or unauthorized domains

Please Note:

A/iliates are strictly prohibited from purchasing, placing, or running any paid

advertisements (including but not limited to search engine ads, display ads, retargeting,

social media ads, or any other form of paid online advertising) that mention, feature, link to,

or otherwise refer to Apeiron Elementals products, brand names, trademarks, or website(s)

without the prior written consent of Apeiron Elementals. This includes, but is not limited to,

the use of Apeiron Elementals product names, brand keywords, or domain names in any ad

copy, headlines, meta tags, URLs, or as search keywords/bids.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination from the a/iliate

program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

5. Disclosure Requirement

All a/iliate promotions must include proper disclosure in compliance with FTC guidelines

(e.g., “As an a/iliate, I may earn from qualifying purchases”).

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your a/iliate account for:

- Violating these terms

- Engaging in fraudulent or unethical behavior

- Misrepresenting our brand or products

Terminated a/iliates forfeit any unpaid commissions at the time of termination if due to

policy violations.

7. Intellectual Property

You may not alter or misrepresent any brand logos, product names, or trademarks. All

assets provided remain the property of our company.

8. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees about specific results from your participation. We are not liable for

any damages, losses, or costs resulting from your participation in the program.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued participation

in the program following a change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
