Information about how the Monthly Fulfillment Reward works for Canadian Tier Operators:

TIER OPERATOR PROGRAM SUBJECT:
MONTHLY FULFILLMENT REWARD: CANADA 1. RedCon1 wants to give Tier
Operators rewards for bringing in customers to make purchases on our site. One
of the rewards that we offer is free supplements, apparel, and generous store
discounts. These rewards are sent out monthly. We call this monthly reward a
Fulfillment. The quantity of the items in the monthly fulfillment that a Tier
Operator will receive depends on the number of sales that have been generated.
To be eligible to receive this monthly fulfillment the Tier Operator must have
reached a required minimum revenue each month.
2. The total amount of sales
that the Tier Operator has generated will determine the Tier that they are in.
The quantity of fulfillment rewards is determined by the Tier that the Tier
Operator is in.
a.
Tier 5 (0-9 sales) i. 30% discount code.
b.
Tier 4 (10-49 sales) i. 35% discount +1 Free shirt/accessory
c.
Tier 3 (50-149 sales) i. 35% discount +1 Free supplement of $60 value or less.
d.
Tier 2 (150 or more sales) i. 40% discount +1 Free shirt/accessory +1 Free supplement of $100
value or less.
e.
Tier 1 (Selected individuals) i. Individual contract agreement with
RedCon1
3. Eligibility for the monthly
fulfillment is determined by the Tier Operator meeting or exceeding a monthly
required minimum value in customer generated revenue. Customer generated
revenue is the total dollar value of orders connected to the Tier Operator that
were purchased by customers. There is a unique required minimum in customer
generated revenue for each Tier.
a.
Tier 5 (0-9 sales) – Not yet eligible for Fulfillment
b.
Tier 4 (10-49 sales)
– at least $50 in customer generated revenue
c.
Tier 3 (50-149 sales)
– at least $75 in customer generated revenue
d.
Tier 2 (150 or more sales) –
at least $100 in customer generated revenue
e.
Tier 1 (Selected individuals) – Individual contract agreement
with RedCon1
4. At the beginning of each
month an email will be sent out to Tier Operators. This email will inform the
Tier Operator of their eligibility for the monthly fulfillment reward. There
will be a link to a fulfillment request form for Tier Operators in Tier 4, Tier
3, and Tier 2. It is the responsibility of the Tier Operator to properly
complete this fulfillment request form before the 13th day of each
month. A confirmation message upon submission of the request form will indicate
that the request form has been submitted successfully.
5. Fulfillment requests will
be reviewed, a draft order will be created and then sent to the Tier Operator
to complete. The cost of shipping and any additional items will be the
responsibility of the Tier Operator.

Supplements
in low quantity, newly released supplements, limited edition items, or any
others to be determined may possibly be excluded from availability as
fulfillment requests.
7.
When
a Tier Operator submits their fulfillment request there will be a section where
the Tier Operator should enter their backup choice in the event that their
first selection is out of stock. In the event that the first selection and the
backup choice are both out of stock the Tier Operator will be contacted, and
another request will be accepted.
8.
When
a Tier Operator generates enough sales to qualify them for a new Tier, they
will be eligible for the quantity of fulfillment rewards of the new Tier in the
following month. The Tier Operator will submit a fulfillment request for the
new Tier at the beginning of the next month. In the event that a Tier Operator
has submitted their fulfillment request form and then generates enough sales to
move up to the next Tier before receiving that fulfillment, they will not
modify that already submitted request form to increase it, they will submit the
request form for the new Tier at the beginning of the next month. The monthly
minimum required customer revenue of the new Tier will apply when the
fulfillment request form is submitted.
9.
When
a Tier Operator generates enough sales to qualify them for a new Tier, their
personal use discount code will be increased to the appropriate amount. The
name of the discount code will not change, but the number corresponding with
the appropriate discount percentage will change. For example if your discount
code is JohnA30 and you move up to Tier 4 your new Discount code will be
JohnA35. Reminder: these discount codes are for your own personal use and
should not be shared with anyone. Your T20 discount code is the code that you share
with customers/friends/family/followers.
10. It is the responsibility of
the Tier Operator to submit their fulfillment request form by the 13th
of the month. Failure to submit your request before the deadline will result in
the Tier Operator not receiving a fulfillment reward for that month. The cost
of shipping the fulfillment rewards will be the responsibility of the Tier
Operator. The cost of additional items added to the order will be the
responsibility of the Tier Operator.
