How long do you track purchases from customers who have clicked on my affiliate link?We track all customers for 365 days from the time of the first click on your link. Even if a customer does not make a purchase the first time they come to our site through your link, they will be tracked so that at any point during the next 365 days they make a purchase, you will receive the commission for that sale and any sale after that for up to 365 days.
How many times can a customer use my coupon code?Customers are only able to use the coupon code once.
Can I use my affiliate link or coupon code to make purchases?No. Affiliates are not allowed to use their own affiliate link or coupon code to make purchases through Apple Valley Natural Soap. In doing so, the affiliate will risk loosing their status as an affiliate with Apple Valley Natural Soap and will receive no commission on any sale associated with said purchases.
