How can I earn commissions for recommending AAVALABS products?
OPTION 1: You can
earn commissions by sharing your Affiliate link with your network. You will receive a
commission on purchases made by customers who have come to our website using this link (they will have entered our website with your affiliate ID).
OPTION 2: We can create a personalized
10% discount code that you can share with your networks. You will receive a
commission on purchases made by customers using your discount code.
If you still do not have a discount code associated with your account,
contact us at ambassador@aavalabs.com with the name you want to give your code and we will activate the discount code in our store.Please note that your personalized code should consist of letters only, without spaces or symbols in between. For example, your code could look like this: "AMBASSADORPROGRAM". This code is valid only on full priced products, can't be combined with other discounts or promotions and is limited to one use per customer.
When can I request payment of my earned commissions?
Ambassadors can request payment of their commissions every time they reach 100€.
How can I request the payment of my commissions?
You can
request the payment of your commissions by sending us an invoice to ambassador@aavalabs.com, with a minimum amount of 100€.
The invoice needs to contain following information:
- VAT Tax number,
- Tax address
- Affiliate number to identify yourself
- The amount in €
- Details of the bank account where you want to receive the transfer (IBAN and BIC/SWIFT code )

The discount code can be applied at the checkout before making the payment, by inserting it in the relevant field. Please keep in mind that discount codes only apply to full-priced products and cannot be combined with other offers (like automatic discounts or bundles).

Can my account be closed?
Certainly, your account may be deactivated if it is inactive or when deemed necessary by AAVALABS. In case of account closure, you will be notified by email on the email address linked to your Affiliatly account.
What happens with my unpaid commissions if my account gets closed?
If you have unpaid commissions at the time of closing your account, you can
choose between receiving a AAVALABS gift card for the equivalent value, or you can request the payment of your commissions via bank transfer by sending us an invoice at ambassador@aavalabs.com.

Are there additional rewards that Ambassadors can earn? As an AAVALABS ambassador, you are eligible for the following incentives and rewards:
- Every new ambassador receives a one-time 25% discount code to try out our products (can only be applied on full priced items and can’t be combined with other offers)
- A 65€ gift card for every 200€ of earned commissions
- Ambassadors that reach €200 in earned commissions per quarter, will be rewarded with 1 free unit of each new product launched during that period
These incentives are granted on a quarterly basis.
Are there any limitations when it comes to the use of coupon codes?The following limitations are applicable:
- Coupon codes can only be applied to full price items
- Coupon codes can’t be combined with other offers
Will I be informed when a new product launches?Yes! Each time AAVALABS launches a new product, all our Ambassadors will receive an Information Package which includes product information and product visuals to use for promotional purposes.
