Patriot Distributor Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Patriot Distributor Affiliate Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not participate in the Program.

To become a Patriot Distributor Affiliate, you must complete the application process. We reserve the right to reject or accept any application at our sole discretion.

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

·        Promote BarrelBuddy in a lawful and ethical manner.

·        Use only the promotional materials provided or approved by us.

·        Not engage in any misleading or deceptive practices.

·        Follow all applicable laws and regulations.

Affiliates will earn commissions based on eligible sales generated through their unique affiliate links. The commission rate is denoted in your Affiliate Portal and is subject to change with a 30-day notice from the BarrelBuddy Patriot Distributor Program.

Eligible Sales:

Sales made through your Patriot Distributors’ unique link(s) or Coupon Code.

Retail Sales:

Any Patriot Distributor desiring to sell into any retailer must first contact BarrelBuddy and receive written approval or all sales will be excluded from any form of compensation.

Commissions:

Will be paid on a quarterly basis.

Payment Terms:

Payments will be processed via PayPal or other payment processors as available at registration or in the Affiliate Portal. Affiliates must provide the necessary information to receive payments.

Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate the Affiliate Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the Affiliate. Upon termination, the Affiliate will cease all promotional activities for BarrelBuddy.

Intellectual Property:

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use BarrelBuddy trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the products. Affiliates must not modify any materials without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability:

BarrelBuddy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Patriot Distributor Affiliate Program or for any actions taken by the Affiliate.

Modifications:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notice of any changes will be provided via email or through the Patriot Distributor Affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law:

These Terms and the relationship between the parties shall be governed by the laws of the state of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By applying to the Patriot Distributor Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
