Q: What is the current commission payout for Ambassadors?
A: All of Lavido’s Ambassadors can earn 15% commission on each sale (excluding gift cards). The commission is calculated upon the subtotal price of the total purchase, excluding shipping and taxes. All commissions are paid in Canadian dollars.
Q: How long after I refer a customer to your site can I get a commission?
A: By default the cookies in your referral link is active for 90 days. This means that if the referred visitor makes a purchase during those 90 days, their purchase will be attributed to you and your commission for the sale will be shown on your dashboard. When the 90 days pass, the visitor will no longer be associated to you and future purchases will not be tracked back to you.
Q: When and how do I get paid?
A: As a Lavido Ambassador, you will receive payment after a purchase by a referred client has been made and you reach a minimum commission of $100 CAD. All payments will be sent automatically to you via PayPal and will come from Raw Elements Inc, Lavido’s Canadian Distributor.
