Can anyone join the affiliate program?
Currently only residents of the United States can join the affiliate program.
Does it cost anything to join?
It is free to join the affiliate program.
The affiliate program is a two tier affiliate program, what does that mean?
When you join the affiliate program you are Tier 1 and earn Tier 1 commissions. If you refer another Affiliate then they are considered your Tier 2 and you will earn Tier 2 commissions when they make a sale.
What is the current commission rate?
The current Tier 1 commission is 10% of a sale, as long as the sale price is over $50 (excluding shipping, tax and 3% processing fee). The current Tier 2 commission is 5%.
Can I earn Tier 1 and Tier 2 commissions?
You can earn both but not at the same time, it is one or the other. When you refer a direct sale you earn Tier 1 commissions. When an Affiliate you referred to the program refers a direct sale then you receive Tier 2 commissions for that sale. You cannot earn Tier 1 and Tier 2 on the same sale. However if one of your Tier 2 affiliates refers a sale then they receive their Tier 1 10% and you will receive your Tier 2 5%. In that case you both earn.
How is a commission calculated?
A referral commission is on a sale that has been completed, paid for, and the products/merchandise have been fulfilled. The commission is calculated on the total cost of the sale excluding shipping, tax and a 3% processing fee.
How do I refer a sale?
When you login to your affiliate dashboard the "Info" page will show your affiliate link under Your Affiliate Link Is

How do I refer an affiliate?
On the "Info" page you will also see the two tier information, which has the links for you to refer other affiliates. You will see it under the headings Your "Two tier" affiliate link is and Your "Two tier" affiliate link to the program's sign-up page
For you to receive credit for an affiliate referral they must have clicked your "Two tier" referral link so you get credit for the affiliate. Do not use the link above, it is for illustrative purposes only. Use the link provided in your affiliate dashboard.
When do I get paid out?
You are paid once a month when your total commissions are over $100. Payouts are 30 days after the month closes to account for any returns. You are not paid on returned items.
