TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Ambassador Agreement is between Ritual Cacao Ltd and yourself. 

We = Ritual Cacao Ltd
You = The Ambassador

• The Ambassador Program grants you a 10% commission on sales that come through you via the referral link or the QR code.
• The 10% commission is on the final price your customer pays, excluding shipping.
• You can use the discount code we’ll provide you to give your customers 10% off their orders. The referral link alone does not give your customer a discount.
• In order for you to get a 10% commission AND your customer to get a 10% discount, both the referral link and discount code must be used.
• This offer is valid for 1 year (subject to an initial 6 month trial) after which it can be automatically renewed.
• We reserve the right to change the price of our products at any time.

What we give you:

• Support in setting up your account on the Affiliatly platform.

• When you sign up you will receive a unique Referral link and a QR code. These cannot be used on memberships.

• You will get a discount code to be used at checkout by your customers. This 10% discount code is only valid on Tsatsayaku cacao products (Bullion Bars, Pods, Bags of Liquor, Taster Pack: Tsasayaku, Self Care Pack, Ritual Bundle and Cacao Crumbles). You or your customers cannot use this code to purchase memberships, books, cups, Ashaninka cacao or any other products not listed here.

• We agree to you sharing this link, QR code and discount code with your customers.

• We agree to pay you 10% of every sale made with the referral link and QR code via bank transfer once your profit reaches £25.

• There are limited spaces in the Ambassador Program. If you don't reach the £25 commission target in 6 months, we will contact you and assess if you are suited to carry on being an affiliate.

• You will be able to view your sales and payments through Affiliatly.

• You can use the discount code to purchase cacao for yourself, however we will not pay you the 10% commission from your own purchase.

• We are also willing to promote any events or offerings you might have on our social media platforms. This will be done at our discretion and subject to our capacity.

• We’d appreciate it if you do the same for us!

What we require from you:

We ask that you create an account on the Affiliatly platform by following this href@@https://www.affiliatly.com/af-1050514/affiliate.panel?mode=register&hash=253179a1f1@ @@_blank@@link@@href. You will have to agree with Affiliatly’s Terms and Conditions as well as our own.

In order for you to get a 10% commission AND your customer to get a 10% discount, both the referral link and discount code must be used.

We ask that you emphasise the use of Ritual Cacao for ceremonial purposes and under the doses that we suggest in our Ritual Cacao Ambassador Pack.

We ask that you explain to your customers the potential health benefits, as well as any health risks of consuming cacao, especially when pregnant or taken with SSRIs, and certain antidepressants.

The discount code that you are given can not be used alongside any other Ritual Cacao discounts. We reserve the right to nullify the commission on orders that use more than one discount code.

You need to provide us with all relevant details via Affiliatly for you to receive the payments.

We will automatically add you to our Ritual Cacao Ambassadors Mailing List. If you do not wish to receive this you can unsubscribe at any time.

The purchase of Ritual Cacao products coming through you must be for personal use by an individual customer only, and not for redistribution by any commercial entity. If you or your customers wish to redistribute our cacao, we offer a Wholesale Program.

You can display your referral link, QR code and discount code on any marketing material, social media platform or website. However, we ask that if you use social media platforms to promote your business and the use of Ritual Cacao that you use our instagram handle @ritual_cacao and tags to cross promote.

The small print:

• By signing this agreement you are abiding by the Ritual Cacao Ltd href@@https://www.ritualcacao.co.uk/terms-conditions@@_blank@@Terms and Conditions@@href, href@@https://www.ritualcacao.co.uk/rc-privacy-policy@@_blank@@Privacy Policy@@href and href@@https://www.ritualcacao.co.uk/postage-and-returns@@_blank@@Refund Policy@@href. We take no responsibility for any false claims on Ritual Cacao use, or on Rebekah Shaman’s name or other offerings.

• We assume no responsibility for any misuse of our cacao products.

• We reserve the right to change our products prices without notice.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this Agreement.

• We are not responsible for minor variations on the products.

• The percentage of your commission will not be changed during the period of the agreement.

• You may withdraw from the Ambassador Program at any time but we request that you give us one month notice to process any pending payments.

• This Program, referral link, QR code, discount code and Affiliatly login can not be transferred to anyone else and the commission on sales can only be paid to the person and bank details provided.

• We reserve the right to remove you from the Program at any time if we notice that your conduct is not in accordance with our company ethos.
