GENERAL FAQ'S
Welcome Kit - After program approval and communication with our Mocu team, you can expect to receive your welcome kit within 7-10 days. Your welcome kit will include:
- Product samples
- Product information
- Coupon code cards
- Other fun Mocu stuff
Sales Tracking - You will be able to login to Affiliatly at any time to track all sales using your unique discount code. Remember, all purchases made without the discount code will not be associated with your account to please stress that customers use your code. Also, they will not get a 20% discount if they do not apply your discount code during checkout.
Payments - Affiliate sales reports are run at the end of each month and payments will be issued according to your selected method (either PayPal or Check). You can expect payment in the first week of the new month. Payments will only be issued when a $25 threshold has been reached, but you will never lose sales. If sales don't exceed $25 for the month, you would merely receive payment in the next month for the sales totals from two months.
Additional Samples & Support - While we intend to provide you with all the resources to drive sales, we must also balance product costs and our inventory levels. To that end, we cannot send you a limitless supply of samples, so please be choosy about giving them away to potential customers. The same goes for your unique discount codes.
Product Sample & Coupon Card Reorders - If you do run out of either product samples or coupon codes, please email us at ambassadors@mocuhealth.com with your request. We will do our best to supply you with what you need to generate sales as this is a win-win scenario.
Sales Approaches - While we are here to support your sales efforts, we view the affiliate program as a partnership. We are happy to provide insight and guidance but at the end of the day, it is the responsibility of each individual affiliate to formulate a sales strategy that is both effective and an efficient use of time and resources.
Sales Ideas- A few common approaches that have historically proven fruitful are:
- Drinking Mocu at work or in potential sales settings and being ready to provide information and speak about the product benefits as well as the Mocu story.
- Handing out samples or coupon code cards to likely customers at events such as personal training sessions for trainers, or client consults for dieticians, massage therapists...etc.
- When attending athletic events or classes such as running races, triathlons, yoga classes, group bike rides or hikes, have samples and cards on hand.
- Posting on blogs, websites, social media can drive sales as well but tend to be less effective than face to face communication.
Other Mocu Services - Aside from healthy drink mixes including Chia, Kombucha, Collagen, Hydration and recovery mixes, Mocu Health also offers co-packing and consulting services for aspiring and existing food companies. Co-packing or consulting referrals are eligible for additional compensation beyond the affiliate program. Please direct any such interested parties to our website or have them email us at info@mocuhealth.com. Make sure to have them mention you as their referral name.
