1) Commission
At this time all commissions are 5% of the entire order (prior to tax and after discounts).
2) Where is my affiliate link? Please navigate to your settings area. There you will see a link ending in ?aff= and then a number. That will be your link (side note: you can also add that ?aff= and your affiliate number to any link from our site to have it be tracked for you.
3) Who do I reach out to for questions or issues? Please feel free to email us at info@stuckoncreations.com
4) How often are payouts calculated? We do payouts monthly, and typically we will do this at the end of each month.
5) Is there a minimum payout number? Yes! At this time, our minimum payout is $50. If at any point in time, you wish to leave our affiliate program, we will send your payouts to you (no matter the limit).
6) Terms and ConditionsFirst and most importantly, You must disclose that you are an affiliate no matter the circumstances.
- We ask that you do not spam people with your links. This will not only impact how you are seen in the publics eye, but also the brand StuckOnCreations.
- As an affiliate of ours, you are representing our brand.
- Please note: No affiliates may engage in posting content that is under any of the following categories:
- Pornographic
- Nudity
- Profanity
- Bullying
- Hate Speech
- Discrimination of any kind
Any behavior above can and will most likely lead to your affiliate status being revoked and you will not be able to reapply.
7) Where can I post my affiliate codes, Links and info?
Your affiliate codes and affiliate information can be shared on your social platforms, your website and in groups that you participate in. Please note: we do not allow people to post CPC campaigns or Google ads directing people to your affiliate links.
8) What happens if my account is inactive?If after 2 full months (60 calendar days) your account has been inactive and no purchases have been made through your account, we will delete your account (and send any owed payouts). With this being said, we will allow you to reapply in the future.
9) What do I do if I see an affiliate breaking the rules? If you believe that an affiliate is breaking the rules, please email info@stuckoncreations.com and report them to us. If you have screenshots or proof that will be better.
10)How much is my affiliate discount for the public?
Your public Coupon Code is valid for 10% off the order. Please note, that the user must use your link in order to make sure that commission is calculated correctly.
