Definitions

Enrollment

1. Application:
   To enroll in the program, you must complete and submit the online application form. We will review your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection.
2. Eligibility:
   The program is open to professionals with an established audience or following consisting of licensed massage therapists. We reserve the right to reject any application if we deem it inappropriate for any reason.

Commissions

1. Commission Structure:
   Affiliates will earn a commission for each new member referred to our Membership using their unique affiliate link. The specific commission rate will be outlined in your welcome email upon approval.
2. Payment:
   Commissions will be paid monthly via paypal or venmo, provided the minimum payout threshold is met. If the threshold is not met, commissions will roll over to the next month. 
3. Tracking:
   Referrals are tracked using cookies. Cookies last for 30 days. If a potential member clears their cookies or purchases after the cookie duration, the sale will not be attributed to the affiliate.

1. Promotion:
   Affiliates agree to actively promote the Membership using ethical and legal methods. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the CAN-SPAM Act.
2. Representation:
   Affiliates must accurately represent the Membership and not make false claims or provide misleading information.
3. Content:
   Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

1. Termination by Company:
   The Company reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to unethical practices, non-compliance with these terms, or inactivity.
2. Termination by Affiliate:
   Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice to the Company.
3. Effect of Termination:
   Upon termination, affiliates will cease all promotional activities and remove any links, banners, and promotional materials related to the program. Any outstanding commissions owed to the affiliate will be paid in the next payment cycle, provided the minimum payout threshold is met.

Limitation of Liability

1. No Warranty:
   The Company makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the affiliate program or any products sold through the program.
2. Indemnity:
   Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of the affiliate's participation in the program.
