MicroPharma.us Affiliate Terms of Service

1. Commission & Payouts

• All approved affiliates receive 15% commission on completed orders when their affiliate code is correctly applied at checkout.
• Tracking links are not guaranteed. Only the use of a valid affiliate promo code at checkout secures commission credit.
• Payout thresholds:
• Cash Payouts: Available at $500 or more, paid via Zelle or other approved methods.
• Store Credit: Available at $100 or more, redeemable on MicroPharma.us or PurePeptides.io (They must indicate which or Pure is given by default).
• To receive payment, affiliates must submit an invoice titled “Consulting Fees” for the amount shown in their affiliate panel.

2. Order & Discount Policy

• Affiliate promo codes must be entered by the customer at checkout using the designated “Promo Code” field.
• Orders cannot be modified after checkout. No code = no commission. There are no retroactive edits.
• The customer will receive a 10% discount if the affiliate code is correctly applied.
• It is the affiliate's responsibility to ensure their customer understands how to use the code.
• Affiliates may not use their own code to receive a discount and a commission on personal orders.
• Affiliates may not:
• Attempt to “stack” discounts
• Request custom pricing outside of published tiers
• Attempt to combine 50- and 100-unit pricing

Our pricing is already margin-optimized. Any attempt to manipulate this system undermines its fairness and integrity.

3. Legal Status & Scope of Responsibility

• Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees.
• Affiliates do not officially represent PurePeptides.io, MicroPharma.us, or any of our affiliated companies.
• Our products are for research and development purposes only and are not for human consumption.
• Affiliates may not give medical advice, discuss usage, dosing, or any form of treatment.
• Any information shared should be purely educational and based on public knowledge.
• Affiliates may not engage in:
• Recommending off-label usage
• Making health claims
• Suggesting therapeutic benefits
• We provide basic marketing outlines and training resources, but we are not legal advisors, nor do we accept liability for misuse, miscommunication, or external claims made by affiliates.

If an affiliate acts in violation of our research-use-only policy or makes representations that put us at legal risk, they may be permanently banned and held liable for damages.

4. Fraud, Liability, and Withholding

• We reserve the right to withhold commissions or terminate an affiliate account for:
• Cheating the system
• Using their own code for discounts
• Circumventing pricing logic
• Ordering on behalf of customers to redirect credit
• Creating drama or damaging our team culture
• Selling unrelated or competing products to our client base
• If a customer charges back due to confusion caused by the affiliate, such as:
• Not knowing “PureKeyLabs” is our parent billing company
• Receiving misinformation or false claims
• Being misled into believing they were purchasing for personal use

Then the affiliate may have their commissions withheld or reversed, and may be subject to financial penalties for negligence.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their clients understand:

• Our billing structure
• Our research-use-only policy
• That we are not liable for medical outcomes

5. Advancement Opportunity

Affiliates who show consistent performance, initiative, and professionalism may be promoted to Head Affiliate, granting:

• Access to inventory and support tools
• Opportunities to assist other affiliates
• Event representation roles
• Enhanced status and resources

This role is based on merit and company discretion.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

• All sales kits, documents, training resources, and marketing materials are company property.
• Affiliates may not:
• Copy, duplicate, or redistribute content without permission
• Rebrand or modify templates
• Use internal content to start or support unrelated ventures

Unauthorized use of content may result in legal action.

7. Arbitration & System Ownership

• All decisions about affiliate status, disputes, and commissions are made solely by PurePeptides.io and MicroPharma.us.
• No external arbitration or mediation is permitted.
• Our affiliate system is private and proprietary.
• Participation is voluntary, and we reserve the right to remove or ban any affiliate at any time.

8. Grounds for Immediate Termination

• Attempting to manipulate commissions or orders
• Stealing or redirecting clients from other affiliates
• Using affiliate codes for personal discounts
• Selling outside products to our customer base
• Causing drama, hostility, or division in the community

9. Final Statement

Our affiliate system is built for hard-working, self-starting professionals who want to grow with a trusted company. If you follow our policies, use our tools, and educate customers properly, you will be rewarded and supported.

If you act in bad faith, violate our trust, or misrepresent our mission, we will not hesitate to terminate your access, withhold funds, and pursue remedies as needed.
