Terms of Use and Privacy Statement

PTP-PLAYERS TEACHING PLAYERS LLC AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is made between PTP-Players Teaching Players LLC ("Company"), a Pennsylvania-registered entity, and the individual or entity signing up as an Affiliate ("Affiliate"). By participating in the PTP Camps Affiliate Program, the Affiliate agrees to the following terms:

1. Affiliate Role & Responsibilities

The Affiliate is responsible for promoting PTP Camps using only approved marketing materials (e.g., referral links, discount codes, and social media assets provided by the Company).
The Affiliate must not engage in misleading marketing, spam, or false claims about PTP Camps.
PTP retains the right to approve, reject, or remove any Affiliate at any time for any reason, including inactivity, without prior notice.

2. Commission Structure & Payment

Commissions are only paid on successful transactions that are not refunded, disputed, or charged back within 30 days of purchase.
Payments are made weekly with a minimum payout threshold of $100.
PTP reserves the right to change commission rates, payment schedules, or payout methods with a 14-day notice to active Affiliates.

3. Use of PTP Branding & Materials

Affiliates may use PTP logos, images, and promotional materials provided by the Company.
Unauthorized use, modification, or misrepresentation of PTP branding will result in immediate termination from the program and possible legal action.

4. Independent Contractor Status

The Affiliate is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of PTP.
The Affiliate is solely responsible for tax obligations, legal liabilities, and business expenses related to their participation in the program.

5. Termination & Modifications

PTP may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice.
If the Affiliate engages in fraud, misleading advertising, or brand misrepresentation, their account will be immediately terminated, and commissions may be withheld.
Affiliates may terminate participation by providing a 7-day written notice. Unpaid commissions will only be paid if they meet the minimum payout threshold and are not subject to dispute.

6. Legal & Liability Disclaimer

PTP is not liable for any damages, loss of income, or reputational harm resulting from participation in the Affiliate Program.
The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold PTP harmless from any claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from their marketing activities.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Pennsylvania, rather than litigation.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, and any arbitration shall be conducted in the jurisdiction of PTP’s choice.

3. How do I track my referrals?

You'll get access to an affiliate dashboard where you can track clicks, signups, and earnings in real time. This lets you see exactly how many campers you’ve referred.

4. Is there a limit to how much I can earn?

Nope! The more players you refer, the more you earn. If you bring in 10 campers, that’s $500+ in commissions! There’s no cap on earnings.

5. How should I promote the camp?

You’ll get marketing materials to make it easy. Just share your link on Instagram, Facebook, text, or word of mouth.

6. What makes PTP Summer Camps special?
