1. Overview
Human Growth Capital, LLC, doing business as Coach Training Alliance (“CTA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). The Ambassador Program (“we”, “our”, “us”) is designed to reward Ambassadors (“you”, “your”) for referring new students to the Certified Coach Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy Here and Terms and Conditions Here of Affiliatly, which Coach Training Alliance has contracted with to provide the tracking and reporting infrastructure for our Ambassador Program.
CTA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and shall notify Ambassadors of such changes 30 days prior to being implemented. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must:
- Be a current student or former graduate of CTA
- Maintain an active, approved Ambassador account
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical marketing standards explained in these terms.
CTA reserves the right to approve or deny any Ambassador application at its sole discretion.
3. Ambassador Responsibilities
Ambassadors are not an agent of CTA, and agree to the following:
- Represent CTA in a professional and ethical manner.
- Provide accurate and truthful information about CTA programs
- Avoid misleading, exaggerated, or deceptive marketing claims about CTA and CTA programs.
- Disclose their ambassador relationship where required (e.g., FTC guidelines)
- Refrain from spam, unsolicited outreach, or unethical promotional tactics
CTA may revoke participation for behavior that harms its reputation or violates these Terms.
4. Referral Tracking
Referrals must be made through official CTA tracking methods
A referral is considered valid only when:
- The referred individual uses the Ambassador’s unique tracking link or identifier
- The referral completes enrollment and payment for the Certified Coach Program.
CTA is not responsible for lost, untracked, or misattributed referrals due to user error or technical issues.
5. Commission Structure
5.1 General Commission Terms
Ambassadors earn a fixed amount based on successful referrals that result in paid enrollments in the Certified Coach Program..
5.2 Prior Funnel Exclusion
Ambassadors do not receive commission for referrals who were already part of the Coach Training Alliance marketing or sales funnel prior to the Ambassador’s referral.
This policy exists because Ambassadors benefit from increased visibility, credibility, and exposure within the CTA community, which may influence prospects already engaged with CTA.
5.3 Adjusted Commission Basis
Commission is a fixed fee, and may be adjusted should a student cancel their enrollment or fail to pay for their enrollment.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Payout Eligibility
Commissions are not cleared until the 30-day refund window has been met and all course fees have been paid in full.
6.2 Payment Timing
- Full Tuition Payments:
- Commission is cleared 30 days after the referred purchase date
- Installment Plans:
- Commission is cleared and payable 30 days after the final installment payment is received
6.3 Payment Methods
Cleared commissions will be paid out the following month via direct deposit. Non US-based Ambassadors may be required to use alternative payment methods.
Ambassadors must supply bank credentials through their Ambassador Dashboard to receive payment and may be required to claim earnings for local tax purposes.
CTA reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions in cases of refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
7. Refunds and Chargebacks
If a referred student receives a refund or initiates a chargeback:
- Any associated commission will be voided
- If already paid, CTA reserves the right to deduct the amount from future commissions.
8. Prohibited Activities
Ambassadors may not:
- Use paid ads bidding on CTA-branded keywords
- Impersonate CTA or present themselves as employees, agents or acting on behalf of CTA.
- Offer unauthorized discounts or incentives or mislead the public to believe they can offer discounts or incentives.
- Use spam, bots, or misleading marketing tactics
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
9. Intellectual Property
CTA grants Ambassadors a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved CTA branding and marketing materials solely for Ambassador Program participation.
Ambassadors may not modify official materials or create derivative works that misrepresent CTA.
10. Termination
CTA may suspend or terminate an Ambassador’s participation at any time, with or without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or unethical behavior
- Actions that harm CTA’s brand or reputation
Upon termination:
- Pending commissions may be forfeited at CTA’s discretion
- Access to Ambassador tools and links will be revoked
11. Limitation of Liability
CTA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
CTA makes no guarantees regarding earnings, referral performance, or program availability.
12. Independent Relationship
Ambassadors are independent participants and not employees, agents, or partners of CTA. Participation in the Program does not create any employment or joint venture relationship.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which CTA operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By participating in the Coach Training Alliance Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
