• If you receive the product at TechnoRV’s cost, your sales target is based on that price.
• Example: Receive the same Garmin unit at a cost of $375, with a target of $3,750 in sales.
3. Self-Purchased Product
• If you purchase the product independently (without any discount), there’s no required sales goal—you begin earning commission immediately.

Note: Ongoing performance matters. Extended drops in sales may lead to commission adjustments or removal from the program.
3. Affiliate Trial & Evaluation

• 30-Day Review: New affiliates enter a 30-day evaluation period to assess performance, content quality, and brand alignment.
• Full-Year Continuation: Affiliates meeting metrics will continue under annual review thereafter.
• Annual Check-Ins: Ensures the partnership remains mutually beneficial and compliant.

4. Commission Details

• Post-Trial Rates: Commission tiers are finalized post-trial, based on performance.
• Ineligible Transactions: No commissions for self-purchases, fraudulent activity, or cancellations/refunds.
• Monthly Payouts: Commissions paid monthly once you reach $50 in accrued earnings.

5. Content & Promotional Guidelines

• Target Audience: Leave content for RV, travel, equestrian, or outdoor lifestyle communities.
• Clear & Honest Promotion: Always use accurate product descriptions. Avoid exaggerated claims or unauthorized discounts.
• Maintaining Brand voice: Professional, respectful, and on-brand messaging is required.

6. Channel Restrictions

• No Brand Bidding: Avoid paid search bidding on TechnoRV branding or product names.
• Authorized Sales Only: Products must not be resold on third-party marketplaces without prior written consent.
• Coupon Guidelines: Discount codes require approval before publication on coupon or deal-sharing platforms.

7. Termination RightsTechnoRV reserves the right to terminate your participation immediately for:

• Any violation of program terms
• Extended poor performance
• Actions damaging TechnoRV’s reputation

8. Content Rights & Usage

• You grant TechnoRV a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, edit, and distribute any affiliate-created content featuring our products.
• If provided or discounted content, we require access to review your content before publication to ensure accuracy and brand alignment. Independently purchased content retains your creative control, though brand guidelines still apply.

9. Co-Promotion & Collaboration

• Tag TechnoRV’s official social profiles in posts.
• You may be invited to collaborate on promotions, events, or contests.
• Sharing our content is encouraged to boost mutual visibility.

10. Legal and Professional Standards

• Conduct: Maintain professionalism. Avoid behavior that may harm TechnoRV’s brand.
• Representation: Affiliates must not claim to represent or speak for TechnoRV officially.
• Intellectual Property: Use TechnoRV assets only as approved, without alteration.
• Changes to Terms: TechnoRV may modify these terms at any time. Continued participation indicates acceptance. You may terminate your participation if changes are unacceptable.
