Terms and Conditions

Referrals are essential to growing the NOVE community, so we would like to thank you for your continued support!

The NOVE Affiliate Program gives NOVE customers and watch fanatics the opportunity to receive amazing opportunities by referring their audience and friends to NOVE.com, and earning commission on sales made via the NOVE Affiliate Program (“Program”).

TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM, YOU MUST AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”), AS WELL AS THE NOVE WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICY.

Qualifying Referrals

Once registered for the NOVE Affiliate Program, NOVE will send you confirmation of your approval via the registered email. You will then be able to create your own personalized links. You can share your personalized link with as many people as you like via any means including but not limited to: Social Media Channels, Other websites, Word-of-mouth. Every time your personalized link leads to a completed check-out process and results in a sale; you will receive commission from that sale value. You will also receive a confirmation email from NOVE. (Abandoned check-outs do not fall under these terms and conditions and will not be included in any commission of sales.)

Process

• Register as a participant
• Tell the world about the NOVE brand and products
• Get people to use your personalized link to arrive at nove.com 
• Encourage more sales via your medium, content, or service
• Receive  commission on all successful sales
• Repeat!

Payment

Affiliates who successfully send a customer via a Program link to a completed checkout will receive automatic confirmation of the customer purchase. The affiliate may check the status of their links and tracking via the Affiliatly Panel. All payments will be processed at the end of each month on the 30th (or nearest available date to).

Sharing Referral Links


No Spam

You may only share your personalize links with referral customers by using proper anti-spam conduct. Any messages that do not abide by the requirements set forth in the previous sentence are expressly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate termination of your customer account and exclusion from this Program. Purchases on nove.com site made with an unauthorized link or channel will not result in qualified referrals, and, if discovered, any earnings issued in connection with such transactions may be revoked.

Termination and Changes

We reserve the right to deactivate your customer account, cancel all related earnings, and request proper payment if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you or the Referred Customer:

• Has tampered with this Program;
• Has used (or attempted to use) this Program in a fraudulent, abusive, unethical, unsportsmanlike or otherwise questionable or suspicious manner;
• Has breached any of these Terms; or
• Has violated any law, statute, or governmental regulation.

We also reserve the right to cancel this Program or change these Terms at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion. When we change these Terms, we will update the ‘Last Updated’ date at the top of these Terms. If we cancel our Affiliate Program, any unclaimed earnings will be forfeited at that time.
