Crazy Skates USA Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the affiliate marketing program (“Program”) operated by Sabre Holdings LLC dba Crazy Skates USA (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with the following terms:
1. Eligibility
- You must reside in the United States.
- We may reject or remove any applicant or affiliate at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice.
- Affiliates may not participate if they or their business are associated with an existing Crazy Skates USA dealer or wholesale account, unless explicitly approved.
2. Commission Terms
- Commission rates and commissionable items are displayed in the affiliate dashboard and may change at any time without notice.
- You will not earn commissions on your own purchases or purchases made by your family, employees, or business associates.
- Commissions are voided on returned, canceled, or fraudulent orders.
3. Cookie Tracking
- The cookie duration is displayed in the affiliate dashboard and may change without notice.
- Attribution method (e.g., first-click or last-click) is determined by the platform and may change without notice.
4. Payments
- Minimum payout threshold is $100 USD.
- Payouts are issued 30 days after the end of the month in which the threshold is met.
- We reserve the right to withhold or delay payments in the event of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
5. Promotion Guidelines
- Affiliates may promote their link only on their own social media accounts.
- Affiliates who are approved dealers may use provided marketing materials inside their physical skate shops or roller rinks.
- Posting affiliate links on coupon, deal, or discount aggregator websites is strictly prohibited.
- Use of spam, misleading advertising, or impersonation of Crazy Skates USA is prohibited.
6. Brand Representation
- Affiliates may not misrepresent or alter Crazy Skates branding or product information.
- Affiliates must not disparage Crazy Skates USA publicly in any form, including online reviews or social media.
- Upon termination of the affiliate relationship, all affiliate-related posts, links, and brand assets must be removed if requested.
7. Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate at any time, for any reason, without notice.
- Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited if you are found to be in violation of these terms.
- Continued use of affiliate links or brand assets after termination is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We make no guarantees regarding earnings or tracking accuracy.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
9. Modifications
- These terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law - This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
