so we recently switched from bigcommerce to shopify, but our affiliatly is still connected to big-commerce, how do we fix this?
we need to fix this asap, have a lot of angry affiliates.

Hi Maya, to connect your old account to your new Shopify store, you will need to install our app from the Shopify’s apps marketplace (and create new account). When you are done, please send us an email with your new Affiliatly account ID at our support email (support@affiliatly.com). After that I will explain how to proceed.
