last week we have uploaded couple of new features to the app:
– ability to see the log of the tracked orders: you can now view a log of the events which happened to a tracked order in your admin panel. The available events are order status change, price and earnings change, customer change, associated affiliate change, reason for a hidden order.
You can access the log from your Affiliatly admin panel > page Orders > click on the cog wheel at the right of the chosen order > and then click on the tab “Log” in the order’s details window.
– email notification on affiliate removal: now you can enable the sending of an email to the affiliate (and you) when their account is removed from your affiliate program. You can enable this in your Affiliatly admin panel > Settings > Notifications > option “E-mail on affiliate account’s removal”. The text of the email is fully customizable, and you can use few variables to make it more personal and to give more info about the removed account. The available variables are shown at the bottom of the settings page of that notification.
Would love to see an email notification option to affiliate when they are disapproved, not deleted/removed.
